“Bought not one, but TWO frame off builds from Handz Bicycles. These were retro frames (Kona Lava Dome and Trek Multi Track) that were converted with all new components. They are better than anything you can buy “off the rack” for the price and quite honestly, probably couldn’t build them yourself for what Handz had into them. Attention the detail was obvious and the ride quality on both were grim-inducing. My advice if you’re looking for something unique : reach out to Ryan.”

“Today I was pleasantly surprised during my visit to this location. Alex waited on me. He was terrific, and so knowledgeable. Respectful, too. Yep - Great Customer Service. And that's key. Being honest: I hadn't been to this Haverhill location for over 2 years - because of the overall atmosphere. It was messy, uninviting, unprofessional. Today was so different. Night and day! I noticed the positive changes immediately. The store looks great - bright and welcoming. The Service Area has been rearranged, too - it is neat and organized. I'm grateful for this positive experience.”
