My daughter loved her bear so that's important.
They need to dump their staff like a bad habit. Why hire emos and questionable employees for a job like this that involves kids? Gage was completely uninvolved and not happy to be there. The other girl did the bare minimum and didn't go out of her way to make the experience fun and special whatsoever.

We love coming here! Hana is the absolute best, we appreciate her kindness and she has truly gone above and beyond for my kids. She has made this a special place for us, I hope Build-A-Bear knows what a gem they have with her as their employee.

We were helped by Keli. She was very nice and greeted us right away to offer us help. She is also fantastic with kids. Affordable options for bears and so many cute outfits. Very clean as well!!

Brought my daughter for her 2nd birthday build-a-bear. She had a great time watching her bear be brought to life and loved shopping around for all of the accessories. Kam was awesome!!! Kam had a positive, fun attitude despite being the only employee in a very busy shop.

Staff was fabulous with my grandson. You can tell she loves her job. This is a great idea. My grandson love his bear. Especially since he helped build it. He even put its heart in. It was adorable to watch. Great job Build a Bear Workshop staff. Thank you so much.

Called the store to see if the bear I was looking for was available and they said it was. As soon as I arrived at the store I was greeted promptly with a happy faces and smiles. From the vibe in the store from Lexxi and Chabely it seemed like a fun store to work in. Both Lexxi and Chabely were great from start to finish and made my shopping experience Fun. The both have great customer service skills and shiuld be rewarded for it. Just wanted to thank them for the great service.

The lovely ladies helped me when my Sylveon (that I ordered online) came with unstuffed ears. They also brought me out a buddy that wasn't out on the floor yet because I asked about it. They washed a little dirt that Sylveon had on her (that honestly probably came from my car!) Stuffed her ears and sewed her up much better thank she came. Been coming here since it first opened!
