“I had to get a flat tire fixed, and called up Tire Warehouse. They told me I didn’t need an appointment and could come right in. My husband brought the tire in, and they fixed it immediately. The entire process took about 5 minutes and they put the tire back on the car. This was very convenient and the people there were super helpful and kind! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a quick fix on a tire!”

“Today, April 25, 2023, I called EDT&A and inquired about getting tires for my vehicle. I spoke with Denny on the phone, and he was very helpful and polite. I arrived at the garage for my scheduled appointment and was met by Denny and his father Dennis, whom were stationed at the counter, ready and waiting to help me. They were able to walk me through the process of my method of payment and then took my vehicle right in, about 2 minutes later. The technician Kevin was very good and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. It took him only about an hour to do a 4-wheel alignment and then replace all 4 tires on my vehicle. These folks are very professional and very careful when working on the customers' vehicle. I was pretty impressed with everything I received today. Although I will not need the mechanical services going forward, as I have a regular mechanic who takes care of my vehicle, I want to share my experience with everyone and thank EDT&A for what they did for me today. They are a great option, if you're shopping around for tires and such. Even as a one-time use (as I did), I recommend them to anyone. “I have been going to Express Lube for years. Then suddenly, new owners. The service remained outstanding and then I observed thier small engine repair business. I brought them my 20 year old snow blower since it would no longer start. They did an outstanding job at bringing it back to life. They even painted/repaired rust areas that I did not expect. I would reccomend this locally owned business to anyone. They are far superior to any tractor business on route 125 in Kingston/Plaistow/Brentwood. Really good people.”

“i've truly never had a bad experience here, actually they only get better. i came in 15 minutes early and walking in I was greeted by name, because they were expecting me. they originally estimated 45 minutes which I was fine with to begin with, but about 10 minutes in the man up front told me my car was done! I go out and while one of the men was backing up they heard my skid plate dragging (it had been for a while previously and i honestly was putting off getting it fixed) the (what seemed like a manager) came out and told the man to pull it back in and they fixed it right then and there without charge! like i said every time i go back i have a better and better experience. the cost of service is truly fair considering you know you'll have an honest, fast, and efficient service. thank you to the guys who worked on my car today!!!!!! as long as i'm local i'll keep going to you guys :)”

“At arrival, I was welcome’d & asked if I wanted something to drink between coffee & water all While other clients were walking in & welcomed the same way. I didn’t need to look around because I knew what car I came to look at & wanted if all was good during the test drive. I came in a second time later in the week for a test drive again & I had absolutely no issues on getting a second test drive. They were understanding. After my second test drive I was completely SOLD. Came in that weekend and put the money down on a Saturday & by Tuesday I was picking up my car fully inspected and ready to go. I had some cosmetic issues with the car like some dampness of moisture in the tail light, but it’s getting taken care of with one appointment with them. As I picked up the car I was told more good things about the vehicle that I didn’t know. ( it’s always good to know EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR CAR ). Straight forward dealership, amazing customer service. If they say they are going to call you, they WILL. No issues with my purchase what so ever. The finance options fit my lifestyle. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. 5 STAR & 100% recommend FOR ANYBODY LOOKING TO GET THEMSELVES INTO A NEW VEHICLE. I’ll be back in the future and sending anybody I know that needs a car.”
