“Huge shout‑out to Torrance and Charlie! What an incredible team — they had the entire floor covered with confidence, professionalism, and genuine representation of your brand. Checkout was seamless, the packaging was done beautifully and effortlessly, and the whole experience felt easy from start to finish. They were both extremely informative, thought outside the box, and demonstrated impressive product knowledge. “I had an amazing time at this store. I usually don’t talk much while I’m shopping but Whitney asked me if I needed help picking out some dresses and she did an amazing job. I wish I could remember all the names (I’m really bad at that) but the girls working on 9.17.23 at around 3:00pm made me feel so welcomed and beautiful. I was shopping for a very special occasion and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you”

“I had a great experience shopping at this Macy’s. Jimmy was extremely helpful on the floor and was happy to assist me in finding exactly what I was looking for. He was attentive without being pushy, which made the experience very comfortable. I especially want to highlight JC, who truly went above and beyond. His knowledge of the products was outstanding — not only within his department, but across the entire floor. He clearly understands the merchandise and took the time to explain options in a way that was easy to understand and genuinely helpful. His recommendations were thoughtful, well-informed, and tailored to what I was looking for rather than just trying to make a sale. JC’s professionalism, expertise, and approachability made the experience exceptional. Customer service like this is what makes people want to come back. Huge thanks to both Jimmy and JC for such a positive shopping experience.”

“The ladies who work there are all super nice! Each and everyone had came up to me to make sure I was doing okay and supplied other alternatives just in case which is really helpful. I would come back to this store to purchase more things. The only thing I wish is either the mall management or higher management of WHBM needs to fix their air conditioning system in the store. It’s embarrassing as a business that can’t take care of their own facilities then how can the shop create better and higher business if your store is not in good condition?”

“Came to the Salem NH store. I’m from Massachusetts but I decided to travel. I love this store!!! Brianna F. Helped me so much. She looked into a different sized dress for me and traveled around the store to assist me for that dress. Also she helped me pick out what would look best on me. She’s a very pleasant young woman. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. (Although I spent too much lol)”

“I had such a pleasant experience at the Salem, NH location! These two girls greeted me at the front door, grabbed me a few shoes to try on, made small talk about biker shorts and all while maintaining social distance and helping/greeting other customers! I didn’t get their names but a 10/10 customer service from them!”

“I had a great experience at the store! I went to two other places and couldn’t find what I needed for my night activities, but once I came here, everything changed. Nardi and The Store Manager were amazing — I couldn’t find my size at first, but they both helped me look until we found exactly what I needed (and a little more!). I walked out super happy. Thank you! I’ll definitely be coming back. Would love to see a bigger men’s selection in the future for sure.”

“I wish I knew this man's name to compliment him. He works in the men's fragrance department. He has a nose piercing, shaved head, and tattoos. Very personable, and handled the Xmas crowd better than anyone. I had two kids with me and needed a gift for their dad quickly. He made it happen. It helped that we had the same taste in fragrance. He's amazing and deserves to be recognized. Thank you so much for making my shopping with two kids easy!”

“I was in on the 27th. A girl went out of her way and helped my son walk through the store and pick out clothes that didn’t overstimulate him. It’s so hard to find employees like that nowadays. Maddy? Mandy? The store manager is also very kind and helpful”

“Aeropostal is a very welcoming place to shop at as well as work for. The customers come from near and far to get the experience of Aeropostal apparel. The store can get busy at times but the staff tries there best to accommodate everyone’s needs and wants. It’s located in a beautiful area and right off the highway which explains the high volume of customers who come to shop at the mall. The employees are very focused and have a drive for excellent customer service.”
