“I took my 2020 Audi S4 here twice in the past few years. The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”
“I brought my car to Collision North in October 2025. after having a run in with a deer. (My car a 2025 VW Taos). I Had extensive damage to the front and side. They did an amazing job! Then a couple of weeks ago; I had a deer run into the side of my car causing more damage! They’re currently addressing the new damage. They’re extremely Professional and Meticulous! “Took a while to get an estimate (I played phone tag with office mgr). When I got it and pushed back on the detail, the owner told me to come by and let him take a look. He agreed with me that a whole new lift gate wasn't necessary (problem was really with misaligned hinges), and on the spot he manipulated the door manually and got it to close practically like new! Saved me thousands of dollars. And he is a thoroughly nice guy to boot. I'd definitely return here for other auto body jobs in future.”
“Kevin and the team at costal truck and autobody recently completed 2 sizeable projects and complete paint jobs on 2 of our front line peterbilt 389s. The process was simple from the beginning with Kevin setting up the tow and coordinating with the insurance adjuster to get the ball rolling. They were great to communicate with and always easy to get ahold of for updates and questions. We had a few minor hiccups with the first truck which Kevin literally went above and beyond to correct. I can't remember the last time I experienced someone taking such pride and satisfaction in making sure a customer was completely satisfied with the finished project it was very refreshing!! We just had a second truck get a roof panel replacement, accessories added and a complete 2 tone paint job and get compliments daily. When he did the work, he charged me less than he quoted, as he paid less for the original part. Completed while I waited the half hour that it took for the repair. Everyone there is great, but special shout out to Sue who is amazing. She helped out so much and made my life much easier between insurance, rentals, and just being a very nice and understanding throughout the whole process!

His knowledge is vast and his labor rates are on average. $80 per hr. He also sells used autos cheap and affordable. Thats where I bought my current car, 2005 Buick Park Ave.”

“I had some minor damage that needed repairs and from the moment I walked in the door Linda was on top of everything. They not only helped me with my rental car and paperwork, they also discussed the process and what I should realistically expect regarding a timeframe.
After dropping my car off, I needed to come back and get a couple of things and they were great about sending someone in the back and retrieving the objects from the car for me.
