With job market being so challenging it is extra tough to get reliable, pleasant, customer friendly workers.Several of the management has longevity which makes it reassuring to shop there.For the most part the cashiers are nice and helpful.Everyone is picking up slack for labor shortage. I hope top level mgt gives extra compensation to retain who they have. “Not the best dollar tree, not the worst. Out of stock on some items I needed, but it seems like this franchise is a smaller one anyway. It was neat and clean, however. Understaffed (but who isn't nowadays?) As I went during their posted open hours and it was not, alas open.But...cheapest store around.”
“Large selection of shirts, pullovers and hoodies. Tempting price$! I was looking for a lightweight raincoat for my daughter but their selection was limited and what they had didn't have hoods. Bummer!Space is tight inside but the service was friendly.”

“This Dollar Tree is one of the cleanest and organized of all the Dollar Tree's in the seacoast area. Recently though they have a couple of new cashiers, both are as slow as molasses. I mean really slow, no picking up the pace with several people in their line. But I guess you have to take who you can because nobody wants to work anymore. Come on Manager find new blood, this is a reflection on you!”

“It was refreshing to walk into a store with sales people who genuinely want to help AND know what they're talking about. Bought a washer and dryer six years ago and have yet to have an issue. Went back to Portsmouth a few months ago when it came time to replace all my kitchen appliances. Had a sense of what I wanted, but worked closely with State Street team to make sure fridge, range/hood, dishwasher, beverage center checked as many boxes as possible (price, availability, reliability, aesthetic). Very happy with purchases and experience.”
