“It was refreshing to walk into a store with sales people who genuinely want to help AND know what they're talking about. Bought a washer and dryer six years ago and have yet to have an issue. Went back to Portsmouth a few months ago when it came time to replace all my kitchen appliances. Had a sense of what I wanted, but worked closely with State Street team to make sure fridge, range/hood, dishwasher, beverage center checked as many boxes as possible (price, availability, reliability, aesthetic).
