“Wendy went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied before leaving the store. Things weren't her fault that happened and she handled the situation with great patience. I definitely want her to always wait on us.”

“Beato was amazing ( AKA) OZ as I called him as he helped my wife and get new phones. He was attentive friendly knowledgeable and was multi tasking as he helped my wife and I and two other customers at the same time. All at the last hour of his shift mind you. He was alone in the store and never showed us he was frazzled or rushing us out. He actually said. I am here to help you both all the way to the end. I am a store manger in a big retail box and have to take the time to say I truly was impressed by Beato service excellence! Oz keep up the great work !!! You're a gem!
