Jeanine politoKind, friendly, genuine, very ready and armed to assist me in purchasing my new phone and opening a new line. She was very personal courteous and knowledgeable on the products she's selling for the company. My best friend is going down to buy a phone from her tonight!

This store and the manager janean are the best. I have never been so happy with customer service in my life. She is absolutely amazing . Has a great personality and is very patient. The store was so clean and everything was in place . A++++

I have been a customer of this location for 10+ years and I have not had to go into the store physically except to get a new phone. ( which was 2019).The past year however, I have gone in 4 times, and each time I have left due to either because the store was under staffed or the young techs do not know how to help.This past June I went in to apply for the APC program. The young tech had no idea how to do this and as I was about to leave the Manager Janean came in ( on her day off as she kept repeating), she gave me the application to fill out and I handed it over to the kid and he just sat there and waited for Janean, who proceeded to have a personal conversation with a customer as well as help all the other people who came in after me,(she even talked a couple out of buying iPhones, she explained there not good phones).After waiting for quite some time, I said I needed to leave . She smiled at me and without apologizing for keeping me waiting,gave me her email and said call in the Morning so We can verify info to complete ACP application.I emailed her over and over and She never responded nor was She at the store whenever I called.Jump to a week ago when I was able to get a ride again( I live in Mass.) I went in to finish the verification( they give you 3 months).I came in relieved it wasn’t Janean, explained what the issue was ( about Janean not returning my emails/ calls etc)and He tells me She is his Her Ex and that She goes to a lot of the other stores/ busy etc,) And guess what? He also didn’t know what to do.He called “someone” to ask what he needed to do and it turned out to be Janean!!Once She came in, She tried to ignore me but after I pointed out that I shouldn’t have had to come back to the store if she had just returned my emails and calls She said I needed to come in to fill out the application once I corrected her that I already had, She went absolutely ballistic on me !!!,yelling that She is sick of customers complaining etc.. she ran into the stockroom throwing things and continued to yell at me thru the door. I stood there looking at Her Ex and all He said was “ She’s having a bad Day”He assured me my application was fine and I would hear back in a few days.This Woman has no business dealing with the public!!!I have never ever witnessed such unprofessionalism!!!!I’m sorry She had a bad Day but maybe if MetroPCS put more knowledgeable staff in the store She wouldn’t feel so stretched thin that She resorts to yelling at Her customers!!!!Oh btw… They sent me a message that “there was a issue with my ACP application”and I would have to fill it out again. What a coincidence.. hmmmmmm.Needless to say I am looking for a new phone carrier.Absolutely worst Costumer Service ever!!!!!!!Hey Metropcs !!!!great job hiring and training your staff!!!!!Had Janean answered my emails ( she claimed she gets tons of emails and I said that’s not my problem she should give it out if she doesn’t have time to answer them), or the staff known what to do I wouldn’t have had to come back in in the first place!!!!!

I just got my second phone from Janean-MY PHONE LADY!!!I was a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years.She has always given me excellent advice and service at the right price!!!( my bill dropped 50%)I highly recommend getting your next phone from her.

Janean is great! Always a great experience when I go there. Very knowledgeable informative, helpful, and pleasant. I travel 90 minutes to get assistance with my phones and account, it is worth it to me for the exceptional customer service.
