“About ten years ago I purchased a custom slip-covered couch at their store. I love my couch, but when we moved three years ago the slipcover did not match my new home. Cassie at Coastal Furniture found me a new swatch of fabric in the perfect color and ordered me a new slipcover from the manufacturer. It arrived within the designated time and my couch looks fantastic in my new home. Now, three years later (and ten since I originally purchased the couch) the two bottom cushions are feeling a bit flat (no wonder after ten years of daily use). I called Cassie and she quickly ordered two new couch cushions for me from the original manufacturer. The customer service I have received has been excellent.
