Online said it was there but we couldn't find it until we seen Tristan who brought us to the right place, seen the online SKU and realized it was on the top shelf of the palette rack. He got an assist by Chad to get it down. They worked together flawlessly to safely bring it down to the floor for us. Then we went to check out and Jesse was awesome assisting us on checking out and reminded us of the Return policy for the ACs which is great customer service in my eyes.
