“This convenience store has become one of those rare places that actually makes your day better the second you walk in. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which is something that feels increasingly extinct lately. Whether I’m stopping in for something quick or just having one of those exhausting days, they always manage to create an atmosphere that feels warm and familiar instead of rushed and impersonal.
The store itself is consistently clean, organized, and stocked with everything you could need, unless that item is coffee cookies & cream ice cream.. Because then they just might be out of stock haha while the employees clearly take pride in what they do; you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the community around them, which turns an ordinary convenience store run into something that actually feels pleasant.
It’s hard to explain how much small kindnesses matter until you find a place like this. Reliable, welcoming, and run by genuinely good people. I’m incredibly grateful to have this store nearby and highly recommend it to anyone looking for not just convenience, but real customer service and kindness.”

“Great produce, Meats and Seafood selection. Fresh produce and Seafood! Very Clean and well laid out aisles. Staff are generally very helpful. Prices are a little high but for the quality of the Produce alone it's worth an extra $20 a week! Still great place to shop”

“I just moved to NH and stuck in hotel for a month until house is ready we hacmve a very small kitchen in our hotel room so we can cook and prices are good meat a little more expensive and the don't have a card to earn points like other National chains do. The produce you have to really look at. Like fresh Broccoli should be ice on it to keep it firm and not rubbery. I noticed they have Shawn's also here. I used to shop at Shawn's over 20 years ago when we lived in RI. I will go to both stores to save money”

Some have been good, others much less so, but no matter what, none have even come close to matching the sustained excellence of the Hannaford Pharmacy on North Main St. in Rochester. I have been a customer for over 8 years, and have been fortunate enough to experience the terrific communication, extra efforts, assistance over and above what one would normally expect, and generally extraordinary service,
so rare in this day and age. Another in the continuous examples of this occurred recently - I had mishandled the required timing of a refill for an extremely essential medication, a terrible miscalculation on my part. Thanks to the prompt actions of the pharmacy team, my provider responded in a timely manner, and I was able to get the medication within a day. This was remarkable, but is typical of my experience with this team. They are the best, and I appreciate their efforts more than mere words could express!!”
