“Was there today to pick up an order. The order was not there. In a few minutes, a very helpful staff member and the store manager were quick to find out what had happened. Turned out the order was misplaced by a confused employee and sent to another store, in Concord. I was very impressed by the speed at which they determined what had happened, profusely apologized and would follow up with me. It will be delivered to the Concord store tomorrow. Since I am staying in Concord, it will be an easy pickup, even in the forecast heavy rains for the day. And the store was amazing! It had huge stocks of single malt Scotch, single malt Irish whisky, and Bourbon. I bought one Bourbon where the corn was grown in Hawaii and the distillery is in Spokane, WA. I also found a new-to me Irish vodka, which I had never seen, and a closeout cognac at a very reasonable price for quality cognac. You cannot go wrong at this NH state liquor store.”

“I was motivated to write this review by 3 things. First of all, there has been a lot of news lately regarding pharmacies - walkouts/protests, financial struggles, etc. - and that has given me ‘food for thought’. Secondly, this is open enrollment for me, so that serves to enhance my focus on medications. Last, but not least, in the close to 10 years I have done business with this pharmacy, I have been consistently impressed with all aspects of their operation - communication, attention to detail, and, in general, excellence in all aspects of customer service. And while I can’t proclaim that a review such as this will alleviate the workloads, stresses, et al, I can say that I am tremendously grateful for the efforts of the pharmacy staff, and feel beyond fortunate. They are the BEST!!”

“Hannaford felt like our hometown grocery store even though we were a thousand miles from home. The produce is great, so fresh and tasty! Everything we could get at our home grocer was available here as well. They even had many options (gluten-free and vegan) that we couldn't find at home. It's nice to find a gem like that when you are on the road and home sick!”
