“Overall my experience was positive once I was in the office handing the team my keys. However, don’t use the customer service line! I initially called and spoke to someone who told me they could get me in same day at another location nearby (Hampton) since the Stratham location couldn’t do the muffler job I needed that afternoon. When I showed up to the Hampton location, they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they couldn’t even do weld jobs for a month. The gentleman there even told me it made sense once I mentioned I talked to the customer service line - clearly there are significant communication issues between that line and the actual shops.”
