I’ll admit I cringe at the thought of used car sales people but Bonnie was easy going, answered all my questions and pleasure to work with!I drove from Maine to look at a 2023 X1 and spent over 3 hours looking at other options. I took three cars for a test drive before I decided. I looked at quite a few cars and weighed out all my options . Throughout the whole process Bonnie stayed in contact and she even personally delivered my car to me the next day. I’m very pleased with the purchase and will most certainly be back to see her.”

I was in need of a passenger side tie rod, and, facing a long road trip the next day, called the shop. “I had completely lost faith in dealerships being reputable after my horrible experience at a well known Chevy dealership in Portsmouth. I was doing some car shopping online and found that this dealership had the car of my dreams. The sales department went above and beyond, s/o to Neal and Sue! Everything went smooth and before long, I was drifting out of the parking lot with my dream car. A couple weeks later I had noticed an issue likely caused by the prior owner, I called up and spoke to Adam, one of the sales managers. He didn’t even give me a chance to be upset! Told me to bring it in and they’d do everything in their power to make it right. Brett and his team were fantastic, investigated the issue, put me in a demo car so they could work on mine, and then some two hours later, I got a call and was told everything went great and I could come and get it. Listen to this part! They installed the part I was looking to install, they set it up fully. Completely going above and beyond. I’ll be the first to say, I prefer to do my shopping online, but the next time I’m in the space of buying a car, this will be my first stop, and regardless of what kind of car I want, they’ll get my business first! You guys have earned a lifelong customer, and that’s coming from a guy that’s never owned a Nissan. Thank you all!”
