“Took my Camaro in for alignment at the stratham location and they discovered a brake caliper missing a bolt. At first glance it appeared I would need a new caliper but after the guys took it apart and inspected it only needed bolts replaced. They called me over, I was invited into shop while my car was on the lift, I clearly saw what needed to be addressed. Very professional and respectful team. I felt I was in honest hands and it was very refreshing experience. They not only took care of the alignment but discovered a critical issue and corrected it while saving me some money. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend and will be a regular customer moving forward.”

“We had a tire blow out around 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. A friend grabbed my spare tire from my shop, but it wasn’t mounted on a rim, so I called Monro around 5:00 to see whether they could swap the damaged tire for the replacement.
They told me to come in at 5:30, even though they closed at 6:00. They got right to work and had me back on the road by 5:45.
They charged a fair $50 and even replaced the valve stem after the TPMS sensor was accidentally damaged. No attitude, no hassle, and no making me feel like an inconvenience for showing up near closing time.
Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and an incredibly quick turnaround on a last-minute Saturday call. I really appreciated them helping us out when we were in a bind.”
