“Technically they didn't make a cent off me because the insurance ended up totaling my wife's car. But my goodness did they go out of their way for us, making phone calls to adjusters and managers and whatnot. That being said, this is a place you go when insurance is footing the bill. They're gonna do really good work with OEM parts and whatnot. This is not some hole-in-the-wall bodyshop that's gonna weld your frame back together or bondo up some body rust so you can pass inspection. Both types of places are equally important, just understand what they do before you go there.”

“As someone who never really grew up around cars I am always nervous when I need something from O'Reillys or any other car place because I find myself commonly judged for what is simple knowledge to others inst to me.
I had to opportunity to work with Tom, who helped show me how to take out my old burnt headlight, find the correct one, explained the different brightness's, and even joined me outside while I put it back in because I was nervous about touching the bulb and getting oils on it. He informed me and taught me, and I was able to do the second one myself. I know to many it is an easy task, but it made me happy to have someone teach me.
Definitely recommend this place, they make you feel welcome and they want you to walk out satisfied. Shout out to my man Tom.”
“I was able to call in the morning and get an appointment on the spot for an oil change then there was also a recall on my car that wasn’t even announced yet that it that they were able to fix. I was in area to dropping off. My car was very simple and I got a ride to where I was going for my grandparents so I’m grateful that you guys could fit me in and that I was able to get an oil change and some other needed work.”
