He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
They went above and beyond for my personal situation when we had technical difficulties with one of my phones being transferred.
Which I thought I would have to go through a difficult process to be able to keep my daughter’s pictures of our dog that is no longer with us. I was able to get everything transferred to her new phone PICTURES and all!
Definitely a great company when you’re waiting around to switch phone companies!
