Ryan what over and beyond the call of his job to make sure I was fully aware of the issues my car had, especially when I told him I was driving back home to Michigan. I felt like my safety became his personal quest to make sure my pup and I was in the safest possible vehicle. I mean he went as far as putting on 2 lug nuts on my tires that were missing when another company told me I needed 20. Let's not talk about the bathroom that felt like a 5 star resort. “These guys did some insurance related body work on my Alfa Romeo a little over a year go, not and easy from end to report. It recently started to chip and peal as the paint didn’t take right, when I went back to talk to them about my options they didn’t hesitate to schedule it to be redone. While getting redone they discovered some previous repaint work they didn’t know about which likely contributed to the work prematurely failing. We jumped the car and drove to the store to get the correct one. The guys in the store were great. One came out and checked what we had against what the computer said went with the car. We figured out that it needed the larger battery. Easy exchange and the other guy installed the battery. Very satisfied.”
