“KG has always done a great job with major upgrades to my truck. Quality work while meeting my expectations but my most recent visit deserves mention. I had my truck NHOU and while it was there, my serpentine belt slipped off and cause an error message and basically a low voltage situation to wear my truck was inoperative. No one's fault, just a fluke thing. Not only did they call me to notify me, they also properly diagnosed and repaired it AT NO COST. I received a complimentary wash and wax so not only is my truck prepped for harsh New England winter, it is in better shape than when I dropped it off. “This review is way over due, but huge shout out to these guys! I was traveling in my old van from Maine to Tucson and ran in to some alternator trouble that left me stranded in Keene. I need a special alternator for my rig and these guys spent hours trying to track down the one that would get me back on the road again. Finally we got the part and I was able to install it and get back on my way. Thank you for serving me some coffee and allowing me to warm up inside out of the rain while I waited for it to come in! I'll remember your kindness always!”

“I rolled in here 2 minutes before closing time the other day with a dead battery and the gentleman Sean that was behind the counter stayed way past closing time helping me install a new battery. Normally an easy job but I had no tools with me whatsoever and the threaded rods for the bracket were rusted to hell! He had 2 spare ones and the tools needed for the job! He never made me feel like I was a burden for being there so late, couldn’t have done it without him!! Thank You SEAN!!!”

My cosigner lives in Mass and they drove all the way there and back just to have her sign papers for 10 minutes! They also drove 2 hours to pickup my trade-in vehicle and leave me a very nice loaner car until I could pickup my new car. These guys go above and beyond to help and accommodate you! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!! Will be coming back here for my next car.”

“I recently purchased a Mazda CX-50 from Autex Mazda in Keene. My salesman, Hunter Bogar was very informative and easy to work with. After driving the car for a week I realized I had a Bluetooth connection issue that I couldn't figure out by myself. Hunter created a video for me explaining how to fix the issue which was caused by me not being very fluent in tech. I bought the car as an out of state company vehicle and between Hunter and Bridgette who obtained who my registration and worked with my insurance company, purchasing the vehicle was a pleasant experience.
