The Black Bear Lodge offers a mixed experience. The rooms are a little dated, but the location and shuttle service are outstanding, making it a great value for an inexpensive stay, especially for families who can enjoy the pool. While some units may need upgrades, the larger floor plans with full kitchens and multiple bathrooms provide convenience. Guests can easily walk to nearby activities and restaurants, and the front desk provides quick service, though housekeeping may not always be consistent during longer stays.
If you would like a private getaway, this is a great place for rest and relaxing.

We had stayed at Black Bear few times before but unfortunately the place isn’t the same. They put as on #515 and it was disgusting . The unit hasn’t been cleaned and neglected for a long time. We reached out to manager and had to wait to be moved to other unit that still not well cleaned.
