“I just took my dog here today, it was the first time I have ever used a dog grooming service. My dog is not obedience trained, and he is a 155lb Alaskan Malamute. He definitely outweighed the young woman who took care of him but she (Joss) still handled him perfectly.
I was so nervous to drop my best friend/ESA off with a stranger that I waited in the parking lot the entire time just in case, but I learned that I had nothing to worry about. My dog was bright-eyed and wagging his tail when I picked him up.
I didn't realize how good a job she had done until I got home and rubbed his belly and now I wish I had tipped that woman. Great job 😊 100% would recommend. Thankyou Joss”
“West Lebanon Feed Store has always been kind and friendly and always given helpful information every time if I have a question. I will always go there for whatever I may need. Thank You”
“A few years ago I came to the store to buy a scratching board for my cat 🐈. Great products and service and the staff are very nice.
Tiger-J liked the scratching board and used it for a few years. The staff helped to bag my purchase.
The products are long lasting. A big selection of cat dishes, toys and scratching posts.
When I visited the animals, the staff showed me the animals and they handled the animals carefully.
Sometimes the store has fundraisers for animal shelters.”
“Called before we went there and had them put an item on hold for us as it was the only one available from many other locations. Nice, polite, great customer service!”

“Excellent customer service from a friendly staff. We have bought several birds from them and they go out of their way to make sure we have the support we need. If they don't have a product you want, they will order for you. Highly recommend. Also, walking through the bird room and aquarium is an experience no one should pass up.”
