My wife would have liked to add an additional band with stones but opted not to spend the money to do that. I was able to work with Tiffany to surprise my wife with the additional band. She worked with me in the background and helped me perfectly time coming into the store. She kept my wife distracted at the counter so I could walk up behind her and present the ring. My wife was very surprised. Her response was big enough that everyone in the store was aware of what was going on. It went perfectly. “After reading wonderful reviews about repairs at Emerald Jewelers, I was excited to give them a try. I had a charm bracelet I’ve been looking to put together- I had all the charms and the chain but I needed a skilled jeweler to attach everything and ensure it was secure. Emerald Jewelers was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to look at the layout I wanted, make advisements on the jump rings, and an approximate timeline. The bracelet was done significantly earlier than estimated and it looks beautiful. It was given to me cleaned and shined and everything looks very secure and well done. Their price was not inexpensive but it was not unreasonable either and I believe it’s worth paying for something to be done right. Thank you to the team at Emerald Jewelers!”

I walked into this jewelry store for the first time today and left completely blown away. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew this place was different. The selection is absolutely amazing — beautiful pieces that caught my eye immediately, with quality and variety that far exceeded anything I’ve seen elsewhere.
But what really made the experience unforgettable was the incredible customer service. Katie was an absolute GEM. She was so helpful, and genuinely kind. I had my card ready to pay, and she said “No, don’t worry about it — it’s no charge.” When I asked what they use to clean jewelry, she didn’t just tell me she said, “Don’t worry, you can come back anytime and we’ll clean it for you, along with any other pieces .”
I’ve never experienced service like that before. It felt so personal and generous, like they actually care about their customers beyond just making a sale. The whole team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows.
This is now officially my only jewelry store. I can’t to but more jewelry now!!
