“Quest Diagnostics is very efficient and the staff is great. I like the kiosk check in and the display that shows how many people are waiting. I go in without an appointment and if there are 5 people or so, I usually get out in 15-20 minutes which I think is good.”

Her doctor recommended a few things for us to try to help make the process easier, and the tech was incredibly supportive, patient, and understanding. She worked with us every step of the way, and we were able to successfully get through the appointment without any issues. I had a complicated fasting test over two hours long that required five draws, and not only did she figure out my doctors' complex instructions and do it in exactly five draws, she kept me calm and laughing the whole time. The last time I had to get this test done (somewhere else), it was very delayed, they had my doctor on the phone, and it took nine pokes. What a difference. “The waiting room is clean, it’s an easy check in process via a kiosk, they always take me right on my scheduled appointment time, and the phlebotomists are polite & friendly (and good at what they do.) I’m always in & out in less than 10 minutes, and they take appointments starting at 6:00 am!!”
