“Sometimes shopping at a hardware store is a simple in and out thing -- you know exactly what you want and just need to pick it up. Other times you have a problem to solve and don't know exactly what you want. You need advice. You need to open a box and make sure that bolt you are planning to buy fits the nut that is in your hand. That is where this hardware store excels. Their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile. You don't get this at the big box stores. It is sometimes hit or miss when you ask someone in the store for help (if you can find them). Not here! (The last time I was at Fogg's TWO staff helped me figure out what specific hardware I needed).”
