“Rented a car here for a small trip with friends. This was the easiest experience with a company that I’ve ever had. I forgot the employee names, but the nice girl that took the reservation and the guy that confirmed the car was returned correctly were wonderful. I had an issue with the tire pressure light coming on in error and the car was a little stinky. Enterprise made it right without question. Customer for life.”

“I rented a Toyota mini van for a day trip which was the smoothest ride driving the van was great best experience. I rented the same one but Bran New another great experience. The woman at the front desk when you open the front door that desk she Very nice woman she took her time and explained all my questions there were no problems I didn't have to wait it was simple and Hassel free to Rent from here I highly recommend Renting from here.”

“I rented a car from the Budget Philadelphia airport 17 July and it was a horrible experience and was given a car with tire light issues. I had to keep putting air in the rear tire. I was staying near the AC airport and decided to try and exchange it for a more reliable car after two stressful days wondering if I was going to have a flat tire or blow out. It was almost 9:30 PM and the only person around was Mr. Joseph Limage at the Budget counter. This guy was absolutely amazing and should be recognized for his professionalism, care, and customer service. He not only apologized for the Budget at Philly but exchanged my vehicle for an almost brand new Volvo XC 40 which was problem free and pleasure to drive. Thanks to Mr. Limage my trip was uneventful and not stress-filled. Budget should “clone” this guy as he is the most wonderful person for taking care of me and showing concern and compassion. Thank you MR. Limage.”

“Their buses may not be the nicest, and they only have a couple seats on them, but this is a way better and cheaper mode of getting around AC than taking a NJ Transit bus or Taxi, and are much more frequent than the former. The drivers are also very friendly and have a good sense of humor.”

“This location is Fantastic!!!! Shawn was happy to answer any and every question I had before renting the car. After calling multiple times, he never once made me feel bad for calling and assisted every single time. AL the driver was so polite and professional. The day I dropped it off, Mario assisted and was very kind. Great Job Absecon Enterprise! My last reservation experience (not with Enterprise but with UHAUL) was terrible....it's such a breath of fresh air to actually deal with Customer Service reps that treat thier customers kindly!
