Very busy location, but they all are. Kiosk to start. The front staff works quickly and efficiently. The techs are just as efficient and kind. Have patience and be kind to them, they're working hard.

Ive never had any issues and the staff is very friendly. Not to mention they hit my veins everytime unlike some other labcorps Ive dealth with.

Very efficient when having made an appointment; advice on heading there making an appointment. As well, without making an appointment, one's turn comes in 30 minutes or so. Professional and courteous staff, both front and technicians/back office collecting specimens, etc. This is from experiences having headed this out there with my parents and myself.

So I have found there is a turnaround in the Galloway, NJ Labcorp office. Today my experience was FANTASTIC! at the Labcorp facility located at 310 Chris Gaup Road, Suite 100, Absecon, NJ 08205.
This is in stark contrast to my past experiences with a few of the locations nearby. This morning May 13th 2025 I easily made an appointment for blood work. When I arrived I found the Galloway location to be exceptional! The best experience for blood work I have had anywhere.
The STAFF was Fantastic! WELL-ORGANIZED, CALM and IN CONTROL.
The facility was CLEAN, SPOTLESS, NO SMELL OR ODORS AS IN THE PAST, A COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT.
There is a new waiting area in the technical area for the phlebotomist lab. I found this to be comfortable, and remarkably convenient. I was able to Exit the building through a door conveniently located in the same area rather than returning to the main entrance.
The technicians were well-organized, appeared to be in control, pleasant and made me feel welcome.
AGAIN, THIS IS A TOTAL TURN AROUND FROM MY PAST EXPERIENCES. In fact I was planning to not go back to Labcorp based on past experiences.
But it is OBVIOUS they have invested knowledge and research into their business model, made much needed improvements, retrained staff and appear to be successful in servicing the clients in a comfortable, well-organized setting.
Based on my experience today, I highly recommend the Labcorp location in Galloway, NJ located at 310 Chris Gaup Road, Suite 100.

I had a bad experience today.
I bring my kid 5 year old. I don’t know lady name but she have a short hair and she have a attitude. 5 year kid i know he was not cooperative he moving a lot but what you expect from 5 year old kid. She is rude I have a bad experience. If you have a kids don’t go please

LabCorp Galloway...your remodel is not very patient friendly. There is no one in the outer patient waiting area, because we are all STANDING in the hallway waiting our turn because the three chairs in the new interior waiting area are full.
While the chairs that used to constrict the hallway a bit were annoying, standing here is even more annoying. Ten people standing in line. What about those who are unable to stand for long periods of time. This is asinine!

The front desk staff was noticeably unfriendly and not approachable making the visit uncomfortable. During my visit, someone waiting in line even passed out possibly due to the long wait times, which exceeded an hour. It would make a lot of sense to have chairs available in the hallway to accommodate patients such as elders who have to sit. The chair I was called to wasn’t wiped down after the previous patient who was my mom that also needed blood drawn. In a setting where blood is being drawn infection control should be a top priority. Bloodborne pathogens are a real concern and the lack of infection control was shocking to me.

This place is ran like something out of a third world country. I went there despite seeing negative reviews thinking how bad can it possibly be. Stay away from this place. After waiting for over an hour and seeing how many people leave and how rude is the employee to the poor people who are there I gave up and left. Save yourself precious time and go anywhere but this location.

The tech that I had was very friendly but that place definitely needs to be cleaned up and renovated, floors dirty and walls chipped up .

Called this office eight times this afternoon(when it’s not busy at all)to speak with someone to cancel an appointment I made a month in advance, and they purposely hung up on me every single time. Screw them, I won’t be going to this one. When I read the reviews and heard how rude they were, now I see, they were completely correct!

Very hard to book appts online. Impossible to talk to a human via phone! I needed an appt ASAP, and it's impossible to book one asap! That, they leave up to "walk-in"! Not cool!
