They're been mostly great, but continuing to have a problem resolving something with one of my accounts that nobody has been able to help me with yet. Its been very frustrating. I also can't stand all the fees. Its not necessary and it's excessive.

Used the Teller for the first time, in years. I prefer using the MAC machine but the teller was Super Pleasant.
