Moved from out of state and my young adult daughter needed a checking account. Tried yesterday, waited and waited and eventually had to leave. One employee only out on the floor. Went back today and wish we hadn’t. People in customer service who have no business being in customer service.Employee was very condescending and rude. There’s too many other options, don’t pick this one.

This branch ate My debit card and took a 940 dollar deposit in cash and did not post it to my account and didn't provide me with a receipt. The ATM left me on a one moment please screen and went back to its home screen. I am never banking with Td bank again

I have been with TD bank since they were TD bank. I have used other banks but this bank is by far my favorite. It is well managed as well convenient. They have an ATM you can use any hour inside the store or in the drive through. You can also deposit checks or cash through the ATM with no wait. Not to mention the customer service has always been outstanding

I used to love this bank but not anymore. They allowed someone to open up accounts, in my name without using my middle initial, which was on my account, and linked it up with my existing account. I caught the fraud. Just the other day it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. I was car #4. I have switched banks!!! ???

Daniel Wiseman the Manager on Duty showed no empathy did not show any type of customer service. I usually don’t leave bad reviews for an individual but he deserves it. If you don’t like your job or to work with the public find another profession!

ATM's work fine, one drive thru and one walk up. The regular drive up lanes are a complete nightmare! The staff is poorly trained and they make no effort to service or speed customers through the drive! Worst TD ever!

I am wondering why in mid July the bank hours have not resumed much. While the rest of everywhere else has gradually opened up, it is a major inconvenience to not have services as we’ve become used to. This is one of the reasons I chose this bank and now there’s no benefit over any other
