“I blew a radiator hose at 8:30pm yesterday (Friday) in a not so good neighborhood in Pleasantville with our 9 year old grandson and S&S responded in a timely fashion. The driver was above & beyond professional, courteous and friendly. He took every precaution to ensure that my vehicle was securely hooked up to his tow then drove us and my vehicle 30 miles home. Today (Saturday) I called other tow services just to see how much I could have saved by shopping around. S&S was $200 lower than the closest company. “I had a screw in my tire. They couldn't fix as the tire was too worn in places, so they put on a doughnut & went to Pep Boys. Brennan's could have jacked me up but they didn't. They hooked me up. As I have a 4 wheel drive I had to replace all (UGH) but the buy 3 get 1 free & free installation helped a little.”

“The staff was very accomodating for my family and I. We weren't from the area and when our car broke down we didn't know where to go next for service so we could get home. Not only did they find the nearest dealership for our car to be repaired, they went as far as finding us a hotel in walking distance so we'd be able to go pick up our car the following day. Fair pricing, and it was nice to deal with a company that actually seemed like they cared. Thank you all so much!”

“The gentleman that we received on the day of our break down was very nice helpful and caring he even opened the doors for my daughter and I like a pure gentleman and asked us if we were waiting long and if we were ok . He treated us like the upmost respect and cared for our safety and our vehicle . The gentleman deserves a complete raise . You don't get this kind of treatment much anymore from the tow truck drivers anymore it's sad”
