About Younique Yoga
A boutique yoga studio where mindfulness meets muscle burn and every class ignites transformation. Feel the infrared warmth of the room as you flow through postures, toxins releasing and flexibility blossoming in the gentle humidity. Leave your worries at the door, embrace the moment, and find your strength with every exhale. We primarily offer Hot vinyasa, which is a dynamic style of yoga practiced in a heated room, typically around 90-95°F. The heat helps to warm the muscles, increasing flexibility and allowing for deeper stretches. Vinyasa refers to the way the postures flow together, seamlessly connecting breath to movement. This creates a continuous flow of energy throughout the practice, leaving you feeling invigorated and detoxified.

Younique has amazing, dynamic teachers and serves as more than just a yoga studio. It has been an integrated part of the community for fifteen years. The classes are physically challenging and I leave every time feeling rejuvenated and inspired.

Love this place! There’s a lot of competition at the Jersey Shore, but Younique stands out above the rest. The best Yoga teachers I’ve ever had and more than fair prices.
