“Our salesman Edison was extremely knowledgeable and patient, clearly and concisely answering all our questions. Upon ascertaining that our need was not urgent, he guided us to the best week to buy, based on upcoming sales and promotions. We returned at that time, he remembered us, and all mentioned sales and promotions were active and applied.We were able to arrange delivery of mattress and adjustable frame for the next day. Everything transpired just as we had been told it would. We were notified of our delivery window the night before, and received both phone and email notifications when the team was on their way. They arrived an hour earlier than scheduled but that was only a bonus for is. The delivery team was professional and efficient. Jose and Cristian knew what they were doing and had our old mattress (and topper) out and new frame and mattress in in no time. They demonstrated the adjustability features of the frame and didn't leave until we confirmed our satisfaction. Extremely pleased with the Mattress Firm experience and can't wait to get a good night's sleep! (Upgrade from a 23 year old traditional inner spring mattress.)”

“The crew at Willard is great. Really nice people. They have an amazing selection of gigantic slabs of all types of wood. Domestic and exotic woods. They also offer milling services at very reasonable rates. If you have lumber slabs and need them planed, this is the place to go. They also have,for sale, an amazing collection of handmade Nakashima style tables.”
“Store is stocked full of styles & finishes to choose from. The furniture itself is beautifully made. Staff is great. They're friendly, helpful & efficient. We were able to pick pieces to furnish an entire office in under an hour. Delivery was quick - We were estimated at about a week turn around, & (thankfully) even got a call asking to set a sooner time. It was a great surprise as we're on time constraints.Highly recommend NJ Office Furniture Depot for a great overall experience. “Great experience!! We are first time home owners. We went to couple of furniture stores but the service we received at Bassett was exceptional. We worked with Kathy Barry, she understood our needs, she was very quick to grasp our taste. She came to our house to for consultation and then when we met at store she already had few designs, patterns and colors selected for us which saved us a lot of time. We were able to select the whole living room furniture within an hour with her help and got out of the store very happy. We had got exactly what we wanted and can't wait for it to get delivered.”

“5 star service. I ordered a complete living room set and counter chairs during the supply chain crisis. The furniture arrived 5 months later but my new construction got delayed by a further 7 months. I had to keep pushing back delivery. Marianne helped me with the choice of furniture and then Peter handled the delivery. Courteous, professional and willing to postpone delivery at least 3-4 times. The ultimate extension of this courtesy was delivering my furniture on my day off even though it was not their scheduled delivery day. Furniture arrived well packed, undamaged and very much to my liking. I chose firm seating more along modern but leaning-toward-traditional pieces that have fit in very well indeed. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience.”
“I bought 2 chairs from AtHome in Cherry Hill and they were delivered with one smelling really terrible. While that AtHome was not helpful in replacing it, I spoke with Kam at this location and he could not have been more helpful! He went above and beyond by swapping a new chair with the smelly one by the next day. I am very impressed with their customer service and will be coming back to shop.”

“I did not know exactly what I was shopping for when I walked in, other than a themed gift box that I was going to put together with a few small items. What surprised me, is not only was I able to find exactly the perfect assortment of gifts for a gardener friend...but also the impressive customer service. At the check out line, I was behind someone in a scooter due to some disability. The cashier went out of his way to show the lady to an easier accessible register. He could have stayed at the register he was at, and the person in the scooter would be able to manage. However, he took the extra steps, and the courtesy to offer her an easier checkout experience. It was a kind gesture, and the cashier obviously knew a thing or two about customer service. I encountered a pleasant check out experience as well only moments later.”

“My favorite Target in the area! Good selection of wares and it's not nearly as busy as the Nassau Park Blvd. one. Employees are also generally nice and helpful. That being said, the produce is a little lacking. Maybe I shouldn't expect too much from the Target produce section, but when you don't even have any bananas available, I feel like that's a bad look. We will be back for sure, though!”
