“Our experience at this location was great. We came in with lots of questions and Aidan answered all of them. They switched the configurations at the store for us to experience exactly what we were looking for. We kept constant communication through the text messaging system they have throughout the whole process (shopping, buying, delivery). I had more questions which Randy answered through text and calls, she was very patient with me and even changed the quotes I had numerous times. Shipping was extremely fast. We bought on 8/2 and received 12 boxes on 8/6 with 1 more box coming on 8/8. Aidan and Randy made sure we received everything we needed to assemble our sactional and followed up after to ensure we were satisfied with our order. The assembly was a little tough eith putting covers on and the pieces not aligning with the shoes very easily (I do think we weren't doing it right) but the couch has been very comfortable. Overall, I appreciated the great customer service from the MarketFair team. If you're thinking about shopping for a Lovesac, I would recommend this location.”

“I was very pleased to meet someone like Steve who is ready to listen to my problen and did his best to help me which costed lit of time.I had difficulty figuring out my 2 tangled orders today.1 order had to be picked up ( which was delivered because of mistake) and the other one I am expecting to come in next 2 weeks.When I asked for help Steve was careful and kind and knew what to do for me.
