“I purchased the VW Atlas R line in this location at Aug.'24, and I would say the experience with sales person Seo Jung was far the best one. I got contacted him an hour before I arrived at the dealership when I saw my preference design in inventory. The same car was ready for look-up and test drive, and he was ready with all functional presentations with its car features.
Getting into its final price process was reasonable and will say not too much. Wait , to reach. I did have some of the numbers I had in my mind learned from other dealers, so I will say that may help..
The most impressive feeling was the car readiness after the signing process, as the car was equipped with all accessories, temp. plate, clean, installed front plate cover, and pulled in front for us to ride and go. It was a rainy and busy day, but he did make it happen for us to save our time and hassle. He also promised that a real plate would be shipped to my home, avoiding my visit back.
I love the car, drive great, and have no issues. Honestly, I can't be a fan for VW dealership to include + $1k none necessary accessories in their MSRP and multiple attempts to offer extended warranties and digest our time by warning for not having them.. but if you can bear that as most of the other manufacturers seem to work same, I would say this dealership and salesman Seo Jung will be the best choice to get yours.

“For general repairs, recommend. For body work, they're booked 1 month in advance, they don't do full paint jobs on cars, and they never got back to me even after a follow up call to get a quote. Disappointing but par for the course. Who wants to blow up another afternoon getting quotes? Of the 3 shops I visited, only 1 quoted, JDT collision in Phillipsburg.”
“I had a wonderful experience at Parkway Auto and Tires. Had a screw lodged into my tire, causing it to lose air. I called Parkway because they were the closest tire and auto repair shop near me. The man at the front desk who answered my call was very nice and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in between jobs and got me in and out within half an hour. They were able to repair my tire so quickly and the cost was super inexpensive. I would highly recommend their services and will be coming to them again if I am ever in need of tire services.”
“I needed to get my rear bumper fixed assp because of working Monday through Friday so I found JDT Collision Center which was close by and asked if they could fix my car up within 24 hours and they did just that. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Paint was a perfect match and got my car back fast so I dont miss a day of work. Im greatful and the staff are very kind and accommodating. “I broke the slip yoke on my brother's jeep . Took it to these guys,they had the exact part that I needed . New slip yoke u-joint and balanced . All wile I waited mabey 30 minutes. These guys are great people. I highly recommend them.”

“Check engine appeared on our 2012 Sorento just as we pulled into the driveway after the family vacation. New to Brown Daub I was expecting the TOTAL dealership run around to get the car fixed.
WOW! Was I really off base on that call. They gave us the earliest appt but ALSO suggested that we may want to see if any other dealerships could get us in sooner!
Kristen was the most polite & straight forward service tech I ever met. She was right up front with all the anticipated costs & said as soon as she knew I would be updated. She did just that and went a step beyond! When I told her I needed the car b4 2:30 on Friday, because the golden retriever Would NOT get in any other vehicle for his grooming appt.
She had the car ready for pick up by 3pm THE DAY BEFORE!! It took us less than 5 mins to sign, seal, and drive away with a 1 year warranty on the repair. AND the cost to replace the upper fuel pump? $1300.00! I am a VERY happy lifetime customer!”
“Where do I start. Christine in service was just perfect. We were traveling from RI to Florida and had a breakdown that was a great challenge for us. After trying multiple other Fiat dealerships who were not accommodating, we reached out to brown and Daub and were greeted with a clear and defined plan. Christine explained they were busy and would do her best to get us in so we can continue our journey. We stayed at a hotel for one night and really didn't want to extend.
