“first, made a mistake of going across the street to advance AutoZone and their salesperson wouldn't give me the online price and insisted on using the shelf price.. and refused to even scan at the same. what came up. when he eventually did it was the online price on the shelf. price was wrong only to have him say he knew it was wrong all the time??
then they gave me wrong information about another car part.. and when I made the mistake of asking them to do a check engine light scan, they had to do it a few times, came up with a different problem each time and recommended I buy a whole bunch of stuff. instead, I didn't get anything I'm left with nothing...I, went across the street to advanced Auto parts and was in and out in half the time, with nicer staff, people and much better quality merchandise -- and a much more accurate scan with a check engine light scanner! I'm going to go to advance Auto parts from now on.. their staff is friendlier and More efficient and worth a couple extra bucks more”

“Where do I start. Christine in service was just perfect. We were traveling from RI to Florida and had a breakdown that was a great challenge for us. After trying multiple other Fiat dealerships who were not accommodating, we reached out to brown and Daub and were greeted with a clear and defined plan. Christine explained they were busy and would do her best to get us in so we can continue our journey. We stayed at a hotel for one night and really didn't want to extend. “I got 3 quotes in town and Dave's was the by far the best. They had it ready earlier then they anticipated and because it was a little easier than they anticipated, it was cheaper than the estimate. Truck was cleaned when I picked it up and they even left some touch up paint in the car in case I get any future scratches. No to mention they saw me for an estimate immediately. Most of the other places in town were weeks, some even a month plus, before they could even give me an estimate. Will never go to anyone else.”
