“The first… The very first hardware store I go to. I’m also an inside track club member and this store is a Candyland. Get your membership- I’m telling you… it’s worth it, if you are industrious.None of their tools failed me, except for the Franklin handtruck. There is a weak weld spot on it, and it sheared off a little, so will be buying a tig welder to fix that.”

“Not a bad experience with this dealer- overall pretty good place to work with. I bought a car from them in 2017 and it was great, until the engine overheated in 2023 at 169k miles- Not a bad run for a cheaper car known for having engine issues and recalls (2013 Optima- So i got more "life" out of it than I had expected). The only area that I think the dealership could improve is on communications. I felt like I had to call and chase people down a bit for answers. But other than that everyone was friendly. I did end up buying a Honda shortly after the Kia's engine overheated- and that was no slight to the dealership- I don't blame them for this.. I was just worried about the overall reliability of Kia after dealing with issues my Optima had.”

“A wonderful place to do business and would recommend to anybody. This store is off the beaten trail but a great place to go! The manager, Joe, really knows how to go above and beyond to help people. I went to Autoparts International the other day looking for a part for my car. After going to several other stores in the area, nobody could help me with the part I needed and simply said "we don't have it". Went I got to Autoparts, I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm hello. Joe immediately asked how he could help me. I told him my mechanic said I needed a part to pass inspection but had no idea what it was called. Joe asked if I had the part with me, I didn't, but it was still on the car which I drove there. Without hesitation, Joe said he would be more then glad to walk outside with me and help me if I could show him what part I needed. After pointing out the part I needed Joe said right away it was known as an upper ball joint. We went back inside and Joe went to a computer. Luckily they had the part in stock. All in all it took about 15 minutes from the time I got to the store and left and most of that time was me asking Joe a lot of questions (which he answered all of them.) While I was there Joe and another guy were answering a lot of phones and appeared to be busy, but in between everything going on, Joe took time to help me understand everything I had a question with. Many times when I go to a parts store, nobody wants to help me or be bothered because I'm a girl. But not at this parts store. Here, I felt treated with respect from when I first walked in and that meant a lot to me. Thank you Joe for everything you did to help me, and I will be sure to tell my friends and family just how pleasurable you were to do business with. :-)”

“Really nice reps work here. Like ARik, who helped me and the young African American guy with dreads and glasses. No super long waits, and even if they are talking to someone ahead of you. They will kindly still ask how they can help. They move pretty fast. I came in to buy car oil for my Mazda and had to return the two sensors for my SUV, which my mechanic refused to use. And though it was just these two young men here. 07/21/23 They were super polite and provided great customer service. Thank you both. Especially Arik. For helping with the refund.”
