“We came here to shop for back to school. They had a decent selection of shoes in store and the prices were not bad at all! However, the review is for the associates. We were there 08/24/2025 and the three associates that were there (whose names I wish I knew) were so attentive and kind. At one point my five year old was sad because I was helping my oldest look through their shoe sizes and one of the associates went out of their way to ask her what shoes she liked and brought her options to look at so that she felt included. It's difficult to juggle everything specially with an autistic child and I will not forget that this store made the experience positive for us!”
“Asked about a jersey on short notice, they provided a shipping option that would work. Ended up receiving a refund on the shipping because there wasn't an increase from their free shipping cost. Later, they told me the jersey had never made it to the post office and overnighted to me free of charge to make it on time. Excellent customer service, and I will definitely be making all my future gear purchases through them. Staff is very knowledgeable and knows their stuff, unlike the pure hockey and the other big retailers.”
