“I’ve been a resident for 4 years, and I love it here. It’s clean, quiet, and my neighbors are good people. My apartment is just the right size for my dog and me, but if my husband were still alive there would be plenty of room for him as well. There is free bus service to various supermarkets as well as monthly trips to the post office and various banks. And the location, right across from the beach, is ideal.
When I applied, I was told there was a one year waiting list for 1-bedroom apartments (there are one studios and 1-bedroom apartments there), and just about how long it took for my apartment to become available to me. I’m not sure how long it is now. And I could bring my little dog! A lot of the residents have dogs or cats. The people in administration and maintenance are wonderful too. The common areas are spotless. I haven’t seen a single bug or other pest in the four years I’ve been here.
Anyway, I highly recommend Asbury Tower as a great place to live.”

“I have lived here for almost a year and have had an excellent and beyond-expectations experience. The complex is beautiful and quiet, with a pool, courtyard with grills, and gym with up-to-date equipment. And it's only minutes from the beach! There are events such as a gift wrapping party before Christmas, pizza parties, hot dog lunches on Saturdays in the summer, a July 4th courtyard get-together to watch the fireworks, and more. The apartments are spacious and updated, with large windows providing plenty of light, and lots of closet/cabinet space; each unit has a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal (and, of course, refrigerator and stove.)

As importantly, I cannot say enough about the wonderful on-site maintenance staff (and their timliness - usually same day, even for low priority requests.) The same goes for the on-site office staff. Everyone is so helpful, kind and responsive.

I have never had such a consistently positive experience in my many years as a tenant. You will love it here!”

“Living at The Pointe at Neptune has been an exceptional experience from the moment I moved in. This community is beautifully maintained, truly welcoming, and filled with some of the kindest neighbors I’ve ever met. It feels like home in all the ways that matter. One of the biggest highlights for me is how genuinely dog‑friendly this community is. My dog has been treated with the same warmth and care that I receive, and the staff greet him by name, show him so much affection, and treat him as if he were their own. That level of kindness is rare, and it means the world to me. The staff deserves special recognition; Allyson, Jasmine, Olivia, and the entire team consistently go above and beyond. They are friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything I need. Joey, in particular, has been wonderful with maintenance requests, handling every fix quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. The grounds and amenities are thoughtfully cared for, and the community events, especially the brunches, are such a fun, welcoming touch. And I have to mention one of my favorite perks: the lobby coffee machine. The hot chocolate has become a small daily joy.
Every part of my experience here has been easy, comfortable, and genuinely supported. The Pointe at Neptune is more than an apartment complex, it’s a community that truly cares about its residents and their pets. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful beaches, amazing shops, and very good restaurants to eat. Plenty of parking is not expensive at all . Boardwalk is amazingly clean... The entire area is very clean . Is definitely family oriented, so if you are looking for unnecessary madness, it is not the place for i suggest ac.

Living here has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. The community is beautifully maintained, with clean, well-kept grounds that make it feel welcoming every time you come home. The apartments themselves are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and filled with natural light—it's clear that attention was paid to both comfort and functionality.
What truly sets this complex apart is the management and maintenance team. Isabella and Adele in the office always greet me, my husband, and our dogs with a smile and a treat for the pups! They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. The maintenance manager, Nick, and his team are also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Any request is handled quickly and efficiently, which brings a real sense of ease and trust. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well-supported.
The amenities are another highlight—whether it’s the common areas, fitness options, or outdoor spaces, everything is well-maintained and adds to the overall quality of life here. The community also feels safe, friendly, and respectful, making it a great place to relax and unwind.”

“I have been here for 2 months now and overall I am happy. The building manager and maintenance guy are both on top of their game. The residents here are also very friendly. The location is great for me because I spend a lot of time in Middletown which is just over the bridge. I also have a dog which they allow for an extra fee monthly.”

“I really enjoyed my time at West Side Lofts! All of the apartments and the common areas are very clean and well maintained. I never experienced or noticed any pests.

The management staff was superb. Chloe, Cynthia and Deneen were very responsive by phone and email to any issues I had. And they are a very friendly group and make a great effort in trying to encourage the residents to engage with each other by hosting events.

While I did not have a lot of maintenance/repair issues, any requests were handled very promptly, often within the next day. The staff always also did a great job communicating with the residents and sent out emails when it came to some changes like parking, water, and electricity issues etc.

My move in and move out process was also very seamless, and the instructions were very easy. I had no delays in receiving my security deposit as well.

The complex is in a great location and has easy access to New York City by train and is very walkable to downtown Red Bank.

In summary, I highly recommend West Side Lofts. It was my best rental experience by far.”

“My husband and I love living here. It was the Best decision we made. Everyone is so nice and everything is very clean. Its a great place all year round. We enjoy it in the summer, respect it in the winter and love everything in between. Great family owned shops and the restaurants are amazing !! Just about everything is walking or bike distance. Leave the car at home and enjoy a nice walk. Bradley Beach is a great place to live and visit.”

“I feel at home. Inside feels cozy and my belongings fit nicely. Street parking is scarce at times but that doesnt bother me. I love all the trees-birds come up to the window to say hi- and it is quiet around here, while being so close to the hustle bustle of 35, 36, 18, parkway, etc. Ronda and Stephanie were so helpful at expediting the process and making me aware of the next steps to address in order to move in. Then after moving in they addressed my concerns promptly with care. Couldn't be happier to be acknowledged! They want to see their people happy, and they will make sure everyone upholds their responsibilities properly too, so please behave, lol. I believe they are very fair, hard working, and respectful, and so they deserve respect back. I feel grateful and very happy with my new home and want to share the good vibes to you.
