“I’ve been a customer of Storage King USA in Neptune for several years and have always had a positive experience. Recently, an unexpected medical emergency prevented me from proceeding with plans I had just made for a storage unit.
The facility manager was understanding and professional and took the time to bring my situation to upper management. They reviewed the circumstances and worked with me to reach a very fair resolution, which I greatly appreciated.
It’s nice to deal with a company that combines good customer service with common sense and is willing to consider individual circumstances. I highly recommend the Neptune facility and its staff.”
“I've recently had the pleasure of working with Phil and team from Jersey Shore Moving & Storage and I would fully recommend using them for any upcoming move you may have.
From the very beginning working with Phil as my initial point of contact for planning out the particulars of our move was both helpful and set my worries at ease around how the process would work.
He also gave me a series of options for both pickup, storage, and delivery as we had a 5 week gap from moving out of our old home and then moving into our new home.
As with any move and accompanying improvements to the home we were moving into, we ran into some delays and complications related to actual settlement.
I let Phil know and he was able to accommodate our shifting in delivery days.
As for the movers themselves, to a person each one was thoughtful, courteous, and helpful in making sure our furniture and other items were placed in the right space without issue.
Prior to contacting Jersey Shore, I was originally on the fence about hiring a mover. After my experience with this expert team from sales, to administrative support, to the actual moving and storage, I'm happy that I decided to use them. 5 stars from start to finish!”
“Customer service from Bryan is the best. He helped us get everything for our moving job set up quick and was really friendly and efficient. The office was also really clean and the rental van was is really good condition. I will certainly come back here again if I ever need a rental truck.”

“I spoke with Eric, He was professional and kind and went the extra mile with additional research to make sure my clients inventory went to a reputable, clean & safe storage facility in another state. I could not be happier! Thank you Eric!”
“Our MI-BOX rental transaction went smoothly from booking to pickup. Having the storage container at our home for two months was a game changer for our move. Clean, sturdy, weatherproof, good size for our driveway, and easy to open and close.”
“Wow!! I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I had some emergencies that required schedule changes and they had my back to whole way!! They were great. Careful, strong, easy going - excellent all around. They moved a Hammond Organ. At delivery they moved full formal dining room furniture to basement with sharp angle and narrow stairs!! They are A+++ in my book.”
“I cannot say enough good things about Econoline Movers. They're punctual, efficient and reasonably priced. We've used them several times. An extra special thanks to their very nice crew who helped us today: Alex, Tyler, Jaiden, and one more fellow. Excellent vompany”

“John at Public Storage in Eatontown is fantastic. He assisted me with storage set-up two years ago and today he helped me with the closing out process. Each time, he went above and beyond to be helpful. I highly recommend this facility!”
“Fantastic experience! We had a last minute need for a small storage unit, we walked in and Brenda helped get us set up immediately with a climate controlled unit and we moved our stuff right in. She took the time to explain everything to us so thoroughly, walked us through the location and process, and even welcomed us to coffee and cookies :). The location is so welcoming and clean, every last detail has been thought out, down to the cute flashlight key chains to hold our locker keys. Thank you Brenda for helping us turn around what started out as a very stressful day!”
“Gave good advice prior to my move on how to pack to save money. My quote matched my actual move price. Also gave me free boxes in advance. The men worked efficiently. I recommend and would use them again to move.”
