There were many different issues wrong with my 2012 vehicle and Manasquan Auto did the diagnostics, walked me through what truly needed to be done, were courteous and so, so helpful when I needed transportation, and fixed some things that seemed beyond fixing!!! “This Goodyear is the best. I showed up at 7:45 with a piece of metal in my tire. I was traveling from Eatontown to North Carolina. Juan(service Mgr.) took me in at7:45. Three techs worked on my Dodge Van replacing two tires and replacing the temp spare back underneath the vehicle. I was out and on the way home by 9:00. “Tire craft of Point Pleasant Beach gained a lifetime customer. I purchased tires there and saw that they were very polite and professional . Later, after being told by a Honda dealership that I needed brakes.
I went to tire craft. They checked my car over and told me I didn’t need brakes. They charged me nothing for their time so when I needed an oil change, I went back. They changed the oil. They were very professional again and I was told I still don’t need brakes come back after the next oil change. I was so impressed with their honesty. I will forever be their customer. Mark at the front desk was so polite. He explained everything to me, and I am so grateful for their honesty and professionalism.”
“My wife and I came to Point Pleasant for the day to ride bicycles. I had a problem with my power steering and could not drive my car. I called Cole at Point Pleasant service center and he told me that he could take care of me. I ended up needing a new power steering pump and he immediately called for part and said that he could put it in today. “I would like to give 10 stars if I could. Matt's shop truly saved my family from being stranded in NJ on Monday night with my family of 5 and mom. We called at 5pm stating what was wrong with my car after finding out there was no oil in it. They stated they would look at it but not guarantee. When we got there they quickly put it in the garage and started working on it. They stayed after closing just to fix it. They are great people got us home and van is running great now.
