“I went in on Saturday with an amazon return and the employees kindly explained the customer packed code to me. They told me I could either bring something back or buy a bag. They were very respectful and showed me the differences so I would have everything prepared for next time. While this was happening the same situation happened to the women next to me and she was yelling at the employee that they were wrong. The man handled it very professionally and even though she was yelling he was very kind. I absolutely love this store and all the employees. I definitely recommend this store to everyone!!!”
“This location’s employee, Dan, was the most helpful and kind person. I had several returns and he was extremely patient and walked me through how to fix an error with my return location. “I can't say enough about the staff at store 1316. Today I worked with employee 328569 but everyone there is just as great. I do a ton of returning and shipping. Sometimes I am not as organized with my lables and boxes as I should be. The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. They never turn me away or act annoyed, even when the store is filled with customers. I drive extra far just because I like the store employees so much.”
“I had a postal item which was misdirected to this post office. Unfortunately, they were unable to hand it over the counter to me, but they promised delivery the following day. I received the item in a timely manner and was grateful for the help and advice I received from the very pleasant staff at this post office.”
“Super convenient. Easy drop off. Rating a 4 because they are literally never open on time. I've sat in my car waiting to drop off packages many times at "opening time" only to wait at least 20 minutes for them to get there to open. Do not go at 9.”
“The first couple times I visited this location in 2023-2024 were awful. The staff seemed irritable and not very pleasant. My experience was so bad, I didn't think I would go here again. Fast forward to 2025 and seems like everything changed for the better. Now the staff seems very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I don't know what changed, but keep up the great work! :)”

“This post office was a little hard to see at first bc it’s in the plaza and they are normally stand alone buildings. It’s in Hartner Plaza if anyone needs the directions. The gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Not your typical post office. The location is convenient and I highly recommend!”

“I usually do not write reviews, but I want others to patronize this location. I went in to get a TSA PreCheck by CLEAR. I waited a bit, as the gentleman performing the PreCheck was on lunch. No biggie, he is entitled to his lunch break. Several associates asked me if I needed help as I was waiting and browsing through the store. I will definitely come back to this store if I need any office supplies, as the associates have a grasp of customer service. The gentleman with CLEAR was professional, friendly, and quick. I did not have an appointment, but I did pre-register online.”

“Contacted this UPS store in need of notary services. They were very responsive and requested that I come into the location. They made me aware that I would need to bring the two witnesses required for the documentation however they also suggested that I could see if customers in the store could act as witnesses. Upon my arrival they were very attentive and kind as well as professional. I would highly recommend using this location for any Notary services needed.”

“I had a little mishap with informed delivery (not recommended for the paranoid waiting for mail) and contacted Medford post office a bit in a state of alarm. They handled it better than I could’ve asked for and were more than helpful even taking extra steps to ensure I felt at ease with certain mailings being delivered. Just want to say thanks again for the continued follow up, and even the phone call return after operating hours, and understanding, especially from the postmaster Stephanie! Very happy with this towns postal service and their responsiveness. Not so much with the informed delivery which has nothing to do with them ?”

After a less-than-stellar experience at another nearby location, I visited the Berlin Post Office (ZIP 08009) with cautious optimism—and I was absolutely delighted by the difference!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by an attendant who exemplified everything public service should be: friendly, polite, and patient. I asked the same questions I had posed elsewhere—about affordable pricing for registered mail—and instead of being met with frustration, I was guided step-by-step with professionalism and a genuinely positive attitude.
It was truly like night and day. This experience proves that quality customer service can be delivered consistently and respectfully—even within the same organization. The atmosphere here was peaceful and welcoming, making it easy to conduct business without stress or discomfort.

“This is a one person Post Office, usually staff by a wonderful Lady. The service is Superior, but it can be get crowded fast, since this is only a one person operation. The Postal recommendations are always Spot on.Cedar Brook is a very small town, We are delighted to still have a Post Office. It it is the type of place, eight months of the year, where neighbors meet neighbors. So when you pull in from the Highway, take a deep breath and enjoy our small town charm.”

“I just shared a problem we're having with our carrier in the last few months (Zoe Road, Sicklerville, NJ) but I want to be clear that this is the first problem I've ever had with the Sicklerville P.O. since 1988 when I moved here. The personnel at this location are awesome; I actually tell people how great my post office is. The personnel are routinely friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I'm having problems with my specific carrier right now, but Matt, who's been addressing the problem, has been courteous and doing his best from my first phone call. I'd hate to see this one problem carrier overshadow the great job that the Sicklerville Post Office has always done.”
