“Tom was great at communicating with me through the whole repair process of my car. My car was towed there the night before and they had it fixed by noon. I was already impressed and then arrived and met Harley the office pup! She was the star of the show and was so friendly. Was a very great shop to work with and I didn’t feel pressured to make any unnecessary repairs. I will definitely be returning should my car act up again!”

“I highly recommend Magnolia Auto Body in Magnolia. It’s a family owned shop with high attention to detail. My car had been hit and Tom gave me an estimate and dealt with all the insurance without me needing to get involved. He kept me informed about the progress and even had me take my car to a dealer for an issue that he couldn’t fix. He paid the bill from the dealer and told me not to worry about it, that he would submit it to insurance. They are honest and reliable, and offer affordable prices.

“Our car had a large white scrape on the front bumper. We stopped at two shops for quotes to fix. The first one was for $725 and take two days. At Pioneer, Dawn first noticed and hand-fixed a slight bend in a fender panel. Then she had a tech rub several “magic“ solutions on the scraped area. The white disappeared! They also applied polish and told where to get touch up paint. In a matter of minutes our car was looking great. And they refused any payment. We know where we will go (and recommend) for any future auto body work!!! Dawn made our day with her integrity, savvy, attention to detail and saving us $725.”

“My power steering failed in my driveway. Totally unable to drive. Used Absolute's recommend towing service. Transfer was very easy. The absolute staff was personal, understanding and VERY helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to fully diagnose the issue. They offered to just write off their cost. Not sure how many would do something like that. They arranged for the car to be towed to another site. I previously had taken two cars to them and were very pleased with their rapid repair. I will continue to use them as my vehicle repair choice. “Called for my Step dad who just got into an accident and was able to handle everything including the payment quick and simply over the phone. Was suppose to take an hr cause they were not sure where their driver was but it only took about 30 min. I know that was some luck but still so greatful they went as fast as they could! Everyone was kind and I would def use their service again.”

$10 bucks to take the piece I wanted (the top glove box of a 2008 Hyundai Elantra) out.
I loved the experience, but it's not for everyone. Not recommended for youngsters due to the broken glass and sharp exposed metal, for example. The cars are lined up quite nicely, which made it easy to take a stroll through them and find the one I needed.
I walked out happy, so HIGHLY recommend it.”

“2012 Passat: Went in on recommendation of neighbor. Could not be happier. ‘12 Passat Back end was squeaking something awful. They replaced the rear shocks and mounts and the squeak is no more. Friendly service, reasonable price.
Bonus: waiting area is clean and has a vending machine. Meet my new mechanics!
2003 Tundra: purchased used from private seller. Did not have my mechanic look it over before purchase (mistake #1). After purchase, took it to my Dad’s mechanic and he worked on it but could not resolve issue. Finally had the sense to bring it to Clark’s. They diagnosed the issue, called me with their proposed solution and quoted me a price. And now that puppy runs great and has passed inspection too. Could not be happier with the service.”
“After having my truck serviced at a local dealership, the wheel of my truck came off while traveling on route 55. It happened early in the morning, and Matt from A Jacks responded promptly. His service and knowledge was five star! My truck went off the road when the wheel came off and Matt took the time to not further damage my truck when recovering the truck from the roadside. Thanks to him no further damage was done to my truck. I could not have asked for a better experience in a challenging situation.”
