On my repair job, from the very beginning, Tom Messenger has been an asset in calling me to let me know after he did the initial review what the initial assessment was, and, then he put a plan into action and called me back at each, and every interval to let me know what needed to be done.
He was timely and accurate and the price was reasonable for the work that needed to be performed.
Again, thank you Tom for your leadership and excellent job in following up and completing things on time.

“Washington Township Elmer's Auto Body is fantastic. Another car hit my own from behind, causing plenty of damage. I bought my Jeep Compass new and it was only 8 weeks old at the time. Needless to say, I was upset; however, Rob and Dennis and the Elmer's crew did an amazing job. The new paint-job matches perfectly (and I mean PERFECTLY) with the original factory paint, and the entire job was truly flawless. “They did an amazing job helping me out while I was stuck in the parking lot and the fleet company messed up pretty much twice and they got to me as soon as possible. Trustworthy, super polite and very professional. Even with a difficult driveway to back in that had a tree hanging over on one side and not wanting to damage my car They accidentally hit my mailbox but immediately replaced it for me with a brand new one. Not many people would go above and beyond that way. I would recommend them every day of the week.”

“$2 bucks to get in.
$10 bucks to take the piece I wanted (the top glove box of a 2008 Hyundai Elantra) out.
I loved the experience, but it's not for everyone. Not recommended for youngsters due to the broken glass and sharp exposed metal, for example. The cars are lined up quite nicely, which made it easy to take a stroll through them and find the one I needed.
I walked out happy, so HIGHLY recommend it.”
