Not quite a typical club Wyndham property. Needs several improvements in many areas for me to consider returning back. Very dissappointed.
After reading this review, please DO NOT post the standard owner message with a call back number. Instead ensure you provide me a call back number that someone would pick up to answer.

The stay itself was great, the front desk and check in people were kind, the rooms were amazing, and the amenities were also great. However, the owner presentation itself and the invitation were great, I was seriously considering buying into it. However, after the presentation (which was supposed to be all within 90 minutes) was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced. I was there for over 3 hours, I’m not paying money for a resort to speak to the staff, I’m there to have a great vacation, not sit in a room advertised for 90 minutes and being there for twice that time. When I expressed that I’m not doing this and want to leave the people who were so kind and friendly showed their true colors immediately. I understand it’s a process and you have to invest time to learn about the client to give them the best package but after I expressed to you that I have somewhere to be and people waiting for me multiple times you don’t care? You don’t know how much longer it will take? You’re inconsiderate of people’s time and do not care that they spent hard earned money to go on vacation when you’re taking away that precious time with all this small talk and chit chat. The gifts given are very generous and I’d recommend going for anyone who has an open schedule, but for me, it was just the worst. I understand you need to build rapport but also, when I’m telling you to hit me with the facts so I can buy in but you’re too interested in telling me your entire life history, anyone is obviously going to get fed up and just want to walk out. I even offered to give back my gifts to be able to get out of there. The thought is great and I truly did wish to buy in but the process and setup is extremely inconsiderate and frustrating. For being such a high end resort I didn’t expect such an awful time. I had a wonderful stay and Michelle was great but anything else regarding the presentation was just extremely irritating to say the least.
Rooms: Clean, provides anything you’d possibly need in the kitchen, rooms were great.
Nearby activities: We went in the first week of April so it’s pretty dead but the resort had plenty to do
Safety: Felt safe at the resort
Walkability: Many many things in walking distance
Food and drinks: Didn’t try the food at the resort

Horrible customer service! Right before we were supposed to leave home today for a 4 p.m. check-in, we were called and told our room was canceled after the money was already taken. This left us scrambling to look for a room! Then, the person who called was extremely nasty.

This is a stuffy property being run by pretentious jerks who look down their noses at their guests, whether they’re off the street or resort members. If you book a 1 bedroom suite you WILL be next to an elevator the whole time and not be able to sleep in your own room comfortably. The staff is a mixed bag between hard working people who are actually trying to earn a living and help guests enjoy their experiences, and young teen- early 20-something’s who couldn’t be bothered and will roll their eyes at you for asking a question. Also, this property has pre-installed soap dispensers on their guest laundry, so if you have hypoallergenic skin issues- buyer beware! I won’t stay at this property again, and I pray to God that I never have occasion to set foot in Atlantic City again!

Pretty nice place. The biggest complaint was how low the shower head is and the slow elevators. It doesn't help that people can't read and don't press the button for everyone in their party. Location is right off the boardwalk. Good breakfast about a block down the street and plenty casinos in walking distance.

They are currently updating the property. We had a huge room that was pretty clean. You can hear everything from outside.

This place is a total scam. They offer to pre-pay for your reservation 2 months in advance to lock it in, give confirmations and reminders up thru a few days before start of reservation. Then MORNING OF our check in they email saying my reservation has been cancelled! They refunded my original payment, but I had to pay $800 more to get a similar place last minute. Totally unacceptable, they can make interest for a few months on the prepay, then just cancel last minute with no penalty for them?? I'd have been out my entire pre payment if I cancelled last minute. They should be investigated for fraud.
UPDATE: in line with this place being a scam, the owners reply to my post asking me to call goes to a disconnected number.
The owner has my email, they can reach out if they'd like to try to rectify the situation

Stood here for my birthday (im a new years baby) so we booked from the 1st to the 5th. The room was very nice and the price was even better (we got a deal from airbnb) we had 2 rooms with one of them having a jacuzzi in it, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and balcony . Kitchen came fully stocked with appliances. The only thing was the the sheets in the 2nd bedroom were dirty ... we had to ask for new ones . Couch was incredibly hard but pulled out into a bed that was quite comforable, and the decorations were a little outdated . The elevators were another thing, very annoying process and one lady pushed another man off the elevator saying he couldnt get on because it had 8 people in it already ... if you felt so strongly you should get off the elevator but dont put your hands on people smh .. The resort has ALOT of thing's to do in it and around it, so we were deff busy doing something different everynight . The only thing was that they had us sit through a grueling 3 hour high pressure sales presentation (we were bribed with a free 3 day vacation and free parking for 2 days) and the guy would NOT take no for an answer to the point of eventually getting overbearingly pushy and rude, saying "what else are you spending your money on that you cant afford this ? You were preapproved so we know you can afford this." Like excuse me ? Who the hell are you to be asking me such questions. No is no , we came to the presentation for the free parking and vacation . Period . This went on for 2 and half hours straight . Dude definitely only gets sales by bullying consumers into them. But other than that we had a great time and would deff be back .

Been going here for years.. the staff that is there now are the most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered here. The manager Jessica customer service is disgusting, she alone is the reason I will not return until she's no longer working there. Veronica seems to be racist, her actions showed it to me. Gabby was ok, she seemed like she wanted to follow the other 2 ladies actions/personality at first but she became helpful. There's no way Jessica should be managing a lovely place like the wyndham skyline tower. Use to love this place but they left a bad taste.

Rooms are very clean. They also have a lot of security which makes you feel really safe. Close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance.
Rooms: Clean rooms, full kitchen.
