“Not to often do you get to stay in a Smoking room at a Hotel, well here you can if you ask for a smoking room. I'm not a big gambler so I can't say good or bad but as far as everything's else it was niceRooms: Rooms were nice. I loved the shower. The view was blocked sooooo that wasn't anything to brag aboutNearby activities: The boardwalk isn't in walking during you have to drive and depending on traffic it can be a short drive or a long driveSafety: Security was on duty everywhere even in the parking lot.Walkability: Nothing was in walking distance from this Hotel”

“Read on line about your happy hour and was disappointed that we were not allowed to order from that menu.....only at the bar Does not mention only at bar on your website. Prices compared to other Japanese restaurants are rather much higher. Would love to visit again, but due to higher prices, unable to do so.”

“Didn’t stay, was at Ceasars. We actually looked for 4 hours for a place to use our celebration dinners. This is my first year as diamond. You all need to list such things. I was told the day before that I even had it. It was like YAY, I got it and didn’t even get to use it. So thanks for nothing.”

“Really like the Borgota, love the online check in. Only negatives are they need a place to eat that is affordable and the bartenders at the sports book are very rude, slow to take your drink order. Otherwise like the hotel.”

“Resorts casino is one of the best. casinos in aclantic city. very clean. very safe employees are the best. I recommend to my friend and family ?the best place to go.”

“Arguably the best hotel in AC. Its grandeur and decor is reminiscent of a Las Vegas casino like the Wynn. Borgata is a destination. You can catch a great show, eat at one of a dozen or more restaurants, gamble, go to a great gym or watch a game on their big screens. I love the fact that there isn't cigarette smoke anywhere, just the scent of vanilla filled corridors. The room was beyond comfortable, clean and quiet. So, why not five stars? Customer service is sub part, at best, horrible at worst. I was on a call and my cell was dying. Unfortunately, I forgot my USB charger. Calling the front desk I asked for someone to buy one and I'd gladly reimburse them, or to let me borrow one before my phone died. I explained I needed it for an hour.I was on hold for over 15 minutes, twice. Got replies the hotel could "not incur the liability", then was told to speak to the manager, which again I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and the manager never came on. The punchline is my phone died. I left the meeting and went to a gift store to buy a single USB. They customer service sucked. Plain and simple. If it was only as good as the hotel is beautiful.”

“A really nice surprise, this Best Western in one LOOOONG block from the Boardwalk. There are also several pleasant, inexpensive eateries in the immediate area. Having gotten shut out of big hotels on a busy weekend, we chose this Best Western because it was close to our show and we were pleasantly surprised, to the degree we plan to stay here again when we're in Atlantic City.”

“The show hook it's probably the best show in Atlantic City a must see the food at the show was really expensive I do not drink alcohol I ask for water they did not want to bring it to me.”

“Spent a wonderful weekend on 3/23. No issues with our room, quick response from staff when needed. One star deducted because it seemed like only 2 elevators were running so they were packed each time. Wait time was nothing out of the normal (couple of minutes)”

“I booked my room online through a third party app. And there were no issues I called a day in advance to request a top floor which was accommodated. The only kind of problem that I had was the man who checked us in had a bit of an attitude problem. We had a second room booked for a friend of ours. We thought it was a smoking room. It was not, and he told us literally 4 times that room's not smoking. Yeah we heard it we know. I actually had to say dude. Don't talk to me like that. So he was very unfriendly, and unprofessional. We have stayed here More than 20 times over the past 7 years and have never had a problem. It is the cleanest and most convenient place for the money in the area. They do offer breakfast in the morning. That doesn't consist of just an apple and a yogurt, they actually have a station where you can make pancakes, Belgium waffles, they had eggs, sausage, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee all kinds of juices, and muffins. That actually has been Down sized since covid, but is still a nice perk. The motel across the street and next door cost more and does not come with breakfast , and it's literally on the same corner. During our stay, we always get extra towels with no problem. We are not bothered by anyone, it's quiet. It's convenient. It's a block from the beach. It's right across from Tropicana and honestly, If i'm not staying at a resort that's where I go.Rooms: The room is comfortable. We have a big screen TV that adjust you have a dresser with drawers, a refrigerator a couch with a coffee table and a king-sized bed. 2 end tables, a bathroom with the hair dryer. The bed is the most comfortable bed. I've ever slept in. I actually stayed an extra night so I could sleep in the bed q more time. I love that bed I actually. Took a picture of the tag to find out where they got it from. The shower had excellent pressure and stayed very hot for long periods of time. We did have a plumbing issue while we were there. Our toilet kept clogging but they did come and take care of it every time. We called within minutes so they were right on top of it. The maintenance crew Ask permission while we were at breakfast. If they can go in our room, they were excellent and housekeeping was excellent. Their friendly they always accommodated every request we had management not so much. And when we arrived, we went to the ice machine which there is only one of them with our bucket and ready to get ice and there was no ice so we went to the front desk and told him he said. Oh yeah, there's a sentence we said. No, there's not so we didn't have ice. From the 1st day and a 1/2 we were there. They finally did fix that. All in all. I enjoyed my stay. I will go back because like I said. All the other hotels in the area are a little pricier. And they don't offer the breakfast and that bed is just so comfortable. I wanted to swing it on my roof of my car and taken home with me. I will say that I did drop something and they have like a thing under the bed, she really can't get under there. I had to put my phone in look, the under the bed had not been cleaned in a very long time, there was a lot of stuff under there, I did not see any bugs but that is where they would breed. That was my big yuck about the place, and they used to have a lot of pillars on the bed which now they are only down to 4 they're used to be like 10 and they had a comforter that would be at the bottom. We never used it, but they took them away.Nearby activities: The Tropicana is right across the street, which we are only a block from the boardwalk. The Chelsea Inn, THE French Quarter. HootersWalkability: The French quarter is a block and a 1/2 away. Many choices of restaurants bicana many choices of restaurants and bars.Food & drinks: Chickies & Pete's, Tony Luke's, THE Chelsea Pub & Inn, Casa Taco and Tequila Bar*** (Our Favorite) We go there every single time we go down to Atlantic City. In the summer, They have outdoor seating on the boardwalk. We've actuall”

“These rooms are fair I booked a smoking room only to be told at the front desk that's is first come first serve and on top of that the dude at the front desk, I had to check him telling me I gotta wait to talk to a Mgr. He didn't ask me to wait. he just told me I gotta wait. I don't have to do anything. I don't want to. So I ended up going back at 3 pm, and the room was ready. Great rooms, btw.”

“I’ve been to the Sunroom a few times for breakfast and lunch. The Sunroom is in the Water Club lobby right next to the pool. It’s a small restaurant and bar. The tables are low and comfortable. Really designed for two people per table. Groups use a couple of tables to fit their meals on it. If you want a good breakfast or lunch without feeling like you are in a casino the Sunroom is perfect. On our most recent breakfast at Sunroom both my wife and I have had the Huevos Rancheros a few times. She had them with the eggs over easy and mine with scramble eggs and we shared a side of home fried potatoes. Friends had Cobb Salad and Eggs Benedict. Everything is always delicious. The bartenders and servers are always friendly and the service is great.I was walking back to our room on a Saturday night and heard music coming out of the Sunroom. I walked in to see what it was and there was a duo (Amanda and Teddy) playing. Only two customers were there with two bartenders and a server. The song ended and Amanda said hi to me. Everyone welcomed me as it was so empty. We all talked for a couple of minutes before they played their last song of the set. I texted my wife to come over. We watched (and danced a few songs) for the last set. It is an intermediate venue with beautiful lighting.I’ve stayed at Water Club too many times to remember and never knew there was music at Sunroom. It’s not listed on the Sunroom web page or under entertainment. There is no sign outside the Sunroom. It was a great experience. Some of that was because Amanda and Teddy are great (and very friendly). We booked a weekend where they are playing at Gypsy Bar (our favorite venue) and will look out for them at B Bar.The Sunroom is Friday from 4PM to 11PM, Saturday 9AM to 11:00PM and Sunday 9:00AM to 9:00PM but that will change during busy times of the year.Old Review 2017: The Sunroom is the only restaurant located inside the Water Club. The selection is limited but the quality is good. It has limited options for larger groups. The atmosphere is great and it's just steps away from your room. It's a nice quiet place to have a meal or a drink without having to deal with the casino.Kid-friendliness: Not a great place for children. A quiet atmosphere. Limited menu.”

“This was our first trip to Atlantic City. My husband and myself decided that we needed a 2-day trip and I found this hotel and decided to give it a try. The hotel is beautiful, there are so many pieces and pictures from history. We booked a king size hotel room with an ocean view. The room was clean. The view was amazing and the staff is so nice. We arrived very early, and we were able to check in when we arrived. Was very impressed by all of the amenities that are available. However, we were not able to use all of them because we did go in the middle of the week. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Atlantic City.”

“Sitting here at the borgata parking lot looking at the Golden Nugget hotel and casino. Nice place especially with the marina but it could use a power washing bed. I hope that's not what's inside rooms looking at the outside I would be judging it by the way it looks. Just saying”

“Rented here, front desk attendant did not get his name was very rude a overall a hole, later on in the night we open our mini fridge to discover a heroin needle still full of heroin inside the fridge dead Center goes to show that no one in this establishment cares about who they rent to or how they clean the rooms would never come into this establishment don’t even look here to try and get a room, then the room itself. The paint on the wall has water stains. There’s mold in the corners this place was horrible.”

“Very clean rooms, friendly staff, nice environment. Loved the waterpark, arcade, mini golf, roller skating, and go carts all within the building. Make sure to anticipate at least a 20+ minute for elevators around check out time. There are 6 elevators and 20+ floor of rooms. Our room had a great view on the 17th floor. Watching the coastal storm/flooding from the window was fascinating. The little diner is better than ACE, so make sure to go there for breakfast early. Going back soon and honestly can't wait.”
