Decent place to stay and good location however most of the resort is vacant/shut down. Room was clean, bed was ok. Parking is an additional fee. It is pet friendly which is convenient and hard to find on the boardwalk.

The hotel was perfect love them nice ocean view. The waterpark was the best would definitely return.

It's a kid friendly hotel or for the adults who are kids at heart. I enjoyed the quiet after a certain time. The only negative is the rooms are not sound insulated. You can hear everything going on outside the room and from your neighbors even their toilet flushing. It startled me out my sleep when someone was yelling.
