Playground Pier is a mixed-use destination that offers a range of experiences, though its appeal has diminished in recent years. The once-vibrant mall now appears desolate, with fewer shops and a sense of management being out of touch. However, the third-level view of the ocean is still considered phenomenal, providing a close-up panoramic experience. The building itself is described as beautiful, with the potential to attract more visitors through the addition of services like a nail, hair, and lash salon, as well as a massage area, library, and spaces for art, music, and cooking classes. While some visitors have enjoyed the upstairs restaurants in the past, the overall atmosphere seems to have lost its excitement and appeal for some.
Went to itsugar and the manager there DESERVES A RAISE AND PAID VACATIONS. She was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. I *think* her name was tameka (I'm so sorry if that's not her name!). Please give her a raise!

In the Mall. One of the few stores with basketball net. Very nice collection of designer wear. #streetwear #grqphictees creative control. Studio for photoshoots, green screens and more. I look forward to my next visit.
