United States Postal Service is a place where staff can be very helpful and caring. One employee went above and beyond to help find a lost package, making calls and sending emails to assist a customer. Another customer appreciated the kindness and help received when mailing a parcel, describing it as their best experience. Staff can sometimes be unprofessional, as one customer experienced with a clerk who yelled. The employees are also understanding and supportive, helping customers with special needs, such as addressing forms. Overall, many find the staff friendly, helpful, and dedicated to providing good service.
