βBilly was a great helper in the store. I was looking for a pair of pants that I wasn't sure if it was still in stock and Billy didn't hesitate to help me immediatly and even scanned the product infront of me to check the back inventory. As soon as he was done helping me went right up to another person to help them and stayed on buisness. Well deserving of a promotion!!!β
βToday I had the pleasure of shopping at this Puma Outlet Store. The manager Jay was very patient, respectful, and honest. I watched how he talked with his employees (all younger females, I believe another one was a manager also) with much respect. This made me happy.
They had various children sneakers on Clearance for $19.99 so I bought 3 pairs. The sizes I needed were not on the shelf so 2 different workers had no problem going in the back and finding them for me. I will not hesitate to shop here again.β

βThis outlet is right off the highway as soon as you come into the Atlantic City area the outlet area and there is parking two blocks down if needed if youβre staying at a hotel nearby, you can just walk there. This is hands down the best outlet I have visited many many times but today I was helped by the best associate iwho was patient and helpful also went above and beyond to make sure even if they didnβt have at that location that I was able to order at another location with the supply would be available by a pay link provided. We have shopped here for many years and never knew. Thank you CAITLIN. You are the best.PLEASE ask for Caitlin you wonβt be disappointed. As you can see we bought a lot of stuff never even knew they had coach bags this big??Tell them susan sent you. Inez is the best manager also she runs a great team who go above and beyond to make customers are happy. Thanks Guys Donβt forget this location offer special services as engraving your bag tag and they also sized my belt.β
βAwesome one of the main beauty supply shops here they sell basically every thing hair most types, wigs for African American women and Caucasian women, most types of hair products etc. In Atlantic City I haven't seen any hair really for men but if you ask the receptionist they just may be able to direct you where that is in the store or which place to get it from but they do have men hair lotions, sprays I do believeβ
βClean nice across from Polo but not a lot of feminine attire from Tommy. If you like this Brand . Then you will like this store. Staff that greeted me and helped me look was very nice.β
βI love shopping at the JCrew Factory. The discount is great for a cute top. They have a variety of different colors and styles. Great for a nautical look or casual business wear. Customer service is always great as well.β

βWe visited this location in Mid-April 2025. I was in desperate need for some new jeans. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by a sales person (I forgot her name). She asked if I needed any assistance. I told her what I was looking for and the size I wore. She recommended I try on a pair of jeans to inquire whether we had the size correct. The fitting rooms were very clean, well lit, and spacious. The jeans fit perfectly, I went back to the front to inform her and decided to get 3 additional pair of jeans. What made it even better it was buy one get one half off. I wish I would have purchased additional colors with a sale like this. I appreciated the assistance I was provided. I would visit this location again if I decide to return.β
βVisited this store today to do a exchanged for a friend 2/6/2024 , my excellent customer service began with a phone call to the store . The gentleman who answered the phone was so pleasant giving me directions from the hotel , I was at. Upon arriving in the store I was greeted by a young lady who had a smile on her face and answers to my questions for the exchange. She showed me T- shirts and displayed them so nice that I was able to video call the individual and show them the various selections available to them . Upon the person making their selections, I took to the register for the exchange and the same gentleman who answered the phone, handled the exchange. The customer service that I received from these two employees was above and beyond , that I would come back to this store to shop for myself. They both need to be recognized and appreciated by the company they work for, it's been a while for me to be inside a retail store , since I usually shop online. Their fantastic customer service reminds me of what, I can't get online! The two of them could work for anyone who interfaces with the public. Thanks for a phenomenal experience!β
βSurprisingly pretty good store! Lots of options, and the staff was nice. Fitting rooms were also great. We stayed a bit after closing time, and the staff didn't seem to mind.β

βVery supportive staff! They always go above and beyond to assist me every time I visit the store in Atlantic City. The manager and the Muslim associate are both amazing; they make me feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely appreciated. They even help me pick out outfits for work, and I never feel pressured to buy anything.
Even though I have a store closer to home, I choose not to shop there due to the microaggressions Iβve experienced. Thatβs why this location is so refreshing here, I feel truly accepted.

βI visited H&M Tanger Outlet Atlantic City in mid-April 2025. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by associates. The store was clean and well organized. Which is very important to me. I cannot shop in chaos. We found plenty of items many of them being on sale. We didnβt have to wait in line more than 2 minutes. But note H&M has modified their policy if you purchase anything with a red tag, itβs final sale. You are not able to return it or exchange. Be sure if you purchase an item with a red tag that you plan on keeping it. All the sales associates we interacted with were very courteous.β
βI shop here every time iβm in AC. Great variety, unique beautiful clothing, great sales and something for everyone. Purchased 2 jackets last May and another 2 jackets yesterday and a great top. All staff is friendly and helpful. Took my name for when a size is available for a 3rd jacket I liked. Best store in AC!β

βFirst off, I had a good shopping experience at this outlet. Even though the prices aren't outlet prices but I found a lot of nice clothes, not like nyc. Anyways, when I went to pay the cashier (young lady with long braids) was super sweet and very helpful. I applied for a credit card and got approved, until something happened that took like an hour to fix. She tried her absolute best but nothing worked. Another young lady named Katlynn(hope I spelled her name right) she tried to help as well. She had to re scan every single piece of clothing and mind you it was a lot. She was a champ. She did everything she could to make that credit card go through, it was approved but kept saying declined. She called over the manager/supervisor Shannon. Shannon was also great, she did her absolute best to also help. They worked at it and didn't give up!!! In the very end Katlynn had to call card services and that took another while more!!! Everything in the end was solved but they are troopers!!!! Thank you so much for everything ladies!!!! In NYC this wouldn't have been possible!β

βI went near closing time ( like 5 mins b4 closing) but immediately found what I was looking for and realized my wallet was left in the car. Instead of running to get my wallet, I had them hold the pair of shoes for me till next morning. Honestly, doubting the shoes would be there, i went back around lunch time and as the employee had said they had them behind the counter, I even went with the deal and got another style of shoe for 1/2 off. Rock N Roll!!β

βI find great bargains at this store. The one thing that is frustrating is the clothes on the back wall have 2 racks 1 on top of the other and the top one is very high up. I can barely reach it to look through the clothes. Also it's kind of tight in there. I would imagine it would be quite difficult In a wheel chair to try to shop in there.β

βOne of my Favorite stores in Tanger a lot. Was so happy they had the new 2023 sandals in my size. The ladies working the star are so kind and respectful. Staff truly goes out their way to help you.
