“I went to Bob's to check my truck for an antifreeze leak and Bob, I'm assuming this was THE Bob of Bob's came out and looked over my truck. Gave me some advice on what I should do and was so kind. He didn't even charge me for the time he took to look it over. I had a exhaust leak and I noticed he did muffler work, he could have easily took the job but he nicely told me to see if my antifreeze problem would continue before pouring money into the truck, basically saving me a lot of money in case my truck blew up. What an awesome person. Any other shop would have most likely not have done what he did for me. He was definitely looking out for me. Like I said, he could have easily made money off me by doing the exhaust work and could have not said anything but he did the right thing. From this one interaction alone I would highly recommend him.”

I want to pick them up at the Advance Auto on Route 36 and I did and I took them right down there. So I'm going to talk to them next time to see if that's what really happened”
