“After waiting for a tow from my Progressive roadside service for 3 1/2, I called this station because Iknew they had a tow truck.The owner came to my location himself within 20 minutes to pick me up and take me home because the trucks were very busy and he cared about me. He didn't want me out there waiting after Progressive left me out there so long. As of today I won't go anywhere else locally. The owner couldn't have been more professional and helpful.
