“The Eatontown team is the reason we keep coming back to PC Richard. They helped us choose a Samsung TV and explained why that set was the right fit for our living room — picture quality, and staying in the Samsung family so the remote and features work together. The TV has been excellent. When we needed a soundbar, they didn’t just point at a shelf. They walked us through the features that actually matter with a Samsung TV — wireless sub, Atmos, and the TV and bar working as one system — and recommended the right product for an open living room. We picked it up the same day, installed it that afternoon, and it sounds fantastic. Same story on our washer and dryer. They focused on the features that matter day to day — capacity, cycles, reliability — and which brand matched how we use the machines, instead of upselling whatever was on display. In the store, Wayne was great, and another associate brought everything out to the car. The whole visit was easy. Knowledgeable staff, clear advice on features and brands, and they follow through. We’ll keep sending family and friends here.”

“Stepping into the Lincroft Verizon store can sometimes feel like a chore, but Tarshiek completely changed that experience for me today. They were warm, incredibly patient, and actually took the time to listen to what I needed instead of rushing me through. It’s hard to find customer service that feels this genuine anymore. If you're heading to this location and want someone who truly knows their stuff and makes the whole process effortless, definitely ask for Tarshiek”

“We also have a large 120-inch Vividstorm floor-mounted screen and a Hisens projector at home, and so far we're very satisfied. However, this is too basic, and we want to upgrade our home theater to make it smarter, perhaps by adding a sound system or a motorized cabinet. We were recommended this company, and we're very happy with their suggestions. We look forward to our new home theater experience.”

“The sign of a great customer service is when a company treats all customers equally. I recently had an issue with my phone system at work. I reached out to TCSI and got a response within minutes. Within a few hours someone was at the office evaluating the issue. They did a thorough diagnostic evaluation and helped me resolve the issue very quickly. They are very reasonable in pricing and extremely knowledgeable and responsive.”

“I have been coming to this location every day for the past 3 months. There is an outstanding employee by the name of Sammy who every time I come in, greets every customer with a smile and a heartfelt how are you although she is efficiently performing at least three task. I have worked in sales and retail for many years and have never seen an employee more capable of multitasking. She is literally doing the job of three employees at once and deserves to be recognized. In her humble professionalism she says a simple thank you is enough, but I think she deserves a raise or some sort of public recognition for her outstanding performance. I would argue she is the sole reason this establishment is running at a five-star level!”

“Thank you Mohammed (Amboy Rd/Eltingville store), for going above and beyond to help me with my phone! My phone suddenly wouldn't connect to the network, so this kind agent was forever troubleshooting, calling the activation office, product support, managing incoming customers, etc., and really put forth so much effort to get me working again. Due to you, the manufacturer themselves followed up and offered me repair or replacement! I can continue on with this phone and same service now. Very amazing resolution. Thank you Mohammed for your kindhearted efforts. MetroPCS is fortunate to have you as their agent.”

75 Leonardville Road, Belford NJ 07718
“It is a fairly small location, but it's very clean, the coffee however, is not always hot and they don't have as good of a creamer selection than the other 711 locations. A tiny over-priced, as most 711s are, but otherwise it's great.”
-
7 Maple Avenue, Red Bank NJ 07701
“Nicest people in the world working in that place. One day I forgot my wallet I was getting coffee and a hot dog. They told me to take it and come back some other time and pay. I went all the way to Long Branch where I live, I got money, I went to that place and pay them. I forgot to give them good review right away, so I do it today about 3 years later.”

554 Ocean Boulevard, Long Branch NJ 07740
“This 7-Eleven store is on the boardwalk in Long Branch, New Jersey. There are two small shelf's of non snack items but other than that the entire store is snacks, beer, soda water, slurpies and the items you expect to see at a 7-eleven. I bought 2 bananas there. It seemed to be one of the only fruits in the store. Service is fairly efficient. The store is fairly clean. If you are in the area and want a slurpie, the store does the job.”

“Yesterday, I visited this location for the first time and encountered a super friendly employee. Her name is RICHANA (I actually had to ask for her name because the service was so good). She helped me with everything I needed and even managed to find exactly what I was looking for as a gift for my partner. These are the kinds of employees that department stores should cherish. Thank you for your excellent customer service.”
