Had a great experience working with Nick. We discussed what I was looking for and when I asked for some comparisons, Nick was very helpful in showing me other models to get to what I knew…the model I was looking for was the right one for me. It was in stock and at an amazing price, which includes installation and removal of my old appliance! Nick also walked me through the next steps of delivery so I know what to expect. Definitely the place to come to when looking for an appliance!

Albo Appliance in Audubon has been great to work with. JR, the store manager was extremely knowledgeable with options for a new wall oven, and helpful assisting with the ordering and installation process to replace an old GE wall oven from the 1950s, which was housed in the original metal cabinets. Chris who made his 2nd delivery to our home (we recently purchased a frig) is always friendly and careful. Johnny Viggiano - the installer - was amazing and the icing on the cake! His business, Go To Man LLC, is appropriately named! His talent and expertise for what was not an easy install was evident! All around fantastic job and experience. Thank you, Albo and thank you, Johnny.

We went here first, looked around, and then went to the bigger stores, but even with sales there, we ended up coming back to Albo and bought our refrigerator! Good service and a great price!

Quick, efficient ordering process from Sales Associate Nick Angelucci. Initially though that the 10 day wait for delivery was a downside to this purchase but that was erased by the excellent actual delivery service. The confirming call the day before delivery came as promised with a delivery window given.
The day of delivery I received a confirming call that the truck would be there in 15 minutes, this at the front end of the promised delivery time. The delivery team were pleasant and professional. They walked the route to the washer site and insured that there was room to move the washer. They removed the old washer, installed the new one, verified that the washer worked, gave a short lesson on operating the unit and cleaned up packaging. This was an excellent and quick delivery

Our needs were small. A simple deep freezer. The staff was super helpful and had all the information to make us feel ok with our purchase. The Delivery was wonderful. Fast, quick, and easy. All setup and ready to go by the time they left. Number 1 in book.

I had such a great experience with this store. They walked me through options when buying, gave fair prices and matched a price for me, and were amazing with replacing a damaged part upon arrival as well as getting someone out for service (which I didn’t actually need in the end, but they made it easy regardless).

Seriously, the BEST experience, over and over again for me.
I have purchased MANY appliances over the past 30+ years, for apartments that I rented out to people, to my art studio just recently.
Their delivery was STELLAR!! Efficient, quick, and FRIENDLY!
Absolutely no reason to go to a BIG BOX, ever.

I bought appliances from Albo for over 30 years but they lost a customer. Nick sold me an LG front loader washer and I stupidly bought a service contract. When a washer I bought in August 2022 leaked. I called and Nick notified the service company. They came out and I was told to clean the filter. He then did the quick wash. All good??
That was Thursday. Saturday I had a flood when I tried to use the washer.
They couldn’t come out for almost two weeks. The company he sold the contract with had horrible reviews and BBB gave them an F. I bought a new washer today. Albo lost a life long customer for a few hundred dollars. BBB is next
