Nick was amazing. Laid back, not pushy in anyway, but extremely knowledgeable. We are so happy the other appliance store we went to was closed.

Friendly and efficient. Nick was able to pull up my account from a previous purchase which really streamlined the ordering process for my through-the-wall AC unit. He also included installation of the unit and removal of the old one, services that the big box stores do not offer.
