I have no idea where to start.... Last winter I had a refrigerator delivered to my condo and they caused $2000 in damages!! The delivery guys did apologize, accepted blame, and took photos of the damages. Spoke with store manager and they promised to have there contractor come out to access damages and make repairs. The same contractor that cleans up their mess on other occasions. This guy never showed up and ducked my calls . I made complaints back at the store and still no repairs to date! I have an estimate I had to get on my own and will be filing small claims next week. Totally unprofessional and can't be trusted ...I can't wait to share the photos of damages with the court !! I have a ton of photos but I'll add a few!!

I recently purchased a home and planned a kitchen redo immediately after closing. JR helped me when another store with luxury appliances delivered a range with a broken handle and lost my refrigerator. My new refrigerator is a gorgeous upgrade at comparable cost, available in 3 days, and fits in the same spot. My kids and I can move in on time for Christmas, bake cookies for Santa, and we appreciate all the time and effort they put into the sale. Thank you again for helping us! We appreciate you <3

For years my family has bought every appliance from ALBO. We purchased a refrigerator and it was sent to us broken. The fridge wouldn’t seal closed. Ok, fine send us a new one.NOPE! It wasn’t delivered in a box and they tried to pass it off on us. Then told us we were number 70 on the list to get the fridge (there is no way!) Gave us the hardest time about getting a new one. The salesman tried to bribe us to accept a non-working appliance. So sad since this is my first non- ALBO appliance! Went to the box store and was delivered in two days. I try to shop local but they soured my experience.

We've been dealing with Albo Appliance on the WHP in Audubon since 1988 & we continue to return there for ALL our appliance needs. Recently we've had the pleasure of dealing with both James & JR. In particular, JR was really patient & good at listening to the criteria that both my husband & I were looking for in our french door refrigerator. He was able to patiently identify a Fridgidare that met the criteria we both needed, particularly regarding size & features. Excellent! Just returned to replace our microwave. They never disappoint! Thank you!

We did a whole kitchen remodel. We came in and was greeted by James. Very nice guy and knowledgeable about what we we’re looking for. When my dishwasher arrived damaged he was right on it and had another here in 3 days. Highly recommend

I had a stove delivered today. Free delivery and installation is such a farce for this store. My son in law measured but they refused to remove the bracket so the stove sticks out past the counter and they left the box outside in the rain. Albo no longer cares about their customers and only care about the sale. Very misleading in every thing they say and they leave parts out. I called and he tried to tell me he told me but fortunately I had a witness as my son in law was with me. I would no longer recommend Albo for anything.

I shopped for a refrigerator at the Albo in Audubon. I felt that my salesman, JR, was very pleasant and had a thorough knowledge of refrigerators. I am very pleased with the refrigerator I purchased.

Just purchased a Washer/Dryer from Albo in Audubon. Great shopping experience! The salesman, James was knowledgable and very chill, not pushy at all. The delivery men were prompt and professional! Highly recommend Albo!

Buyer beware, super friendly when you are buying but both the washer and dryer I bought did not function properly within weeks to a month of purchase.Delivery wad Dec 30 2022 for both washer and dryer. replaced dryer Jan 20th.Albo told me the lake in my basement was from pipe connecting to washer not washer, paid a plumber to come out and fix pipe he completely disagreed said no way that much water could come from a baby drip agreed was washer, called back was told to go through warranty when I had the washer again less then a month at this point. Physically went to the store with photos and my receipt from plumber they agreed to replace wason Jan 30th.New washer ran Jan 30th to May 19th at that point the washer would not start, I pressed start it would do nothing and then eventually shut off. Went to GE service site and earliest appointment was June 9 which i scheduled but 3 weeks in future, Completely frustrated same day I went to Lowes and bought a new washer but also sent an email detailing my frustration about the experience, and what I wanted to happen got no response. That Monday May 22nd I called and they played d*** like they had no idea the website has an email to contact them. Again explained everything above and my frustration. I said someone needed to come fix this before Friday or i needed to minimally be refunded their extended service warranty for a project that brand new has failed to function 2x in 5 months.Got a call 3 days later Thursday (day before delivery of new washer) offering service days/ times and when I called back … shocker I got voicemail and have called 4 more times between Thursday the 25 and today the 31 and was sent to voicemail every time and received 0 call back thus far. Next day off will be a visit because physically going to the store seems to be the only way they will pay you any attention after they take your money.

Wow! The quality appliances is incredible. JR was so incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of information on each product we were looking at, and even a comparison of what we currently have to what we were looking for. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I were looking to replace our refrigerator and gas stove and needed guidance on what brand was best. Edward at the Audubon store was extremely helpful. We purchased a GE French door refrigerator and GE gas range and couldn't be happier! Delivery came the day we chose and the delivery guys were very respectful and careful with our new appliances and our home. We highly recommend Albo for your next appliances, they beat the price of many other stores!!

Told me they had an appliance guy who would hook up dishwasher. Called left message to please call me back and two weeks later still waiting. I did find someone but will never use them again. They said all the right things up to the minute I paid.

We needed to replace our washer and dryer. I had done my research before heading out to any stores. I wanted only US made product and settled on GE. Andy Diamond was our sales person and he absolutely knew his product line. He helped us narrow down the models that suited our needs. Fortunately, there was a sale in progress so saved plus we also received rebates from PSE&G. We needed to rearrange delivery date because of a funeral and that was no problem. Product was delivered on scheduled date. Delivery people were fantastic, removed old and installed new. So far, so good with washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend Andy and Albo for a stress-free experience.
